The statue isn't at Longfellow Garden's, is it?

The gardens are from the overpass of Hwy 55, near the Longfellow house. Near Minnehaha Falls. The shopping center to the right has Bridgeman's at the end, a Subway, Domino's.

I watched a show on PBS the other night about the gardens and the man who moved his zoo there from Minnehaha Park.

Kitch, I know it because not too long ago I was living a few 3-4 blocks away from there. Plus I had grown up in that area as a 2nd home for most of my life (my grandparents lived there, grandpa still does). I have lots of memories of Minnehaha Falls park and along to Nokomis.

I didn't know that place existed until I saw the show last week on PBS, Kitch. So it was an educated guess on my part.

I know how you usually set your camera somewhere, set the timer, then run to get in the picture. I have this vision in my head of you doing that on this picture. Run Brad Run!

Oh yeah, forgot to mention for your hunt when we were there early in the morning, there was someone sitting in this big red truck. Coco and I had thought you had gone from Tim the Hunter to Tim the Spotter.

Beards Plaisance is nearby too. A park overlooking Lake Harriet. Near Upton and 45th or thereabouts.

haha - Yeah it wasn't too bad for the close up since we had this passing midget take our picture. I didn't even want to get this body moving that fast to fit in that second picture. I probably couldn't stop and end up plowing over Tim and G! :eek:

There was a picture of the Kaposia Park ravine on one of the news shows the other night.

Damn! Did it have the bridge in it? I stopped taping all the news channels once Channel 9 put 2 of mine up and 3 days went by.

It wasn't yours. A different name.

I had to laugh though. The weather gal said that the next day was going to be a good day to go out and look at the leaves in SSP. Oh yeah, the beauty that is SSP.
