Whew! I hate when someone says they've seen something from you on TV and you don't tape it. Skyview park was nice. That's in SSP right by you. Other than those two areas and down by the river there really isn't much in SSP. :wink:

My daughters live on the ravine near Kitch and their back yard is beautiful in the fall. My neighbors have a beautiful tree in their back yard that hangs over my yard. Pretty until I have to go out and rake all their leaves.

I knew that out from a post she made recently.

do you toss your leaves in their ravine???

I don't, but they do. I don't think they're going to do it this year though. It took too long for them to settle down and the kiddies like to explore down there.

On windy days I like to rake leaves onto my sidewalk and let the wind make them someone elses problem. :grin:

I have yet to start on that nasty job...sure, it's all good and fun for about 15 minutes...20 big plastic bags later...not so fun anymore.

Last year I dumped all of my leaves on my rose bushes. Seemed like a good idea at the time. Then I had to clean them out in the spring and had thorn scratches all over my arms.

Kitch, you live close by...

If I hide a prize in my back yard, will you rake up my leaves until you find it? :ooh:

all you people who waste your time raking. sheesh. that's what mulching lawn mowers are for. one of our trees dropped all its leaves a couple of weeks ago between mowings; it took four or so passes across it with the rider, but you wouldn't have been able to tell there had been leaves there by the time i got done. gotta do it again this weekend too.

Hey Ares, why don't you bring that rider over? I have 3 paper birch and 3 maples in my back yard :smile: my yard is already full of leaves but only one birch trunk has dropped so far...

I would love to see how spic-n-span my lawn will be when you're done! :grin:

I was at the A-B factory yesterday and took the tour (got free beer! woo!)

I'm not typically the kind of guy that's amazed at the magesty of god, but this horse was gorgeous - the picture I took doesn't do it justice - especially since the horse stood 7 foot 3.

His name is Rick. I checked.

He's a lot bigger than my new little Jackass.

man, their clydesdales are always gorgeous.
