Thank you TMK. The snowflake .gif isn't on my computer, it's in the welcome home thread that I'm fixing right now where I only have access for now. There are 27 posts that still need to be moved from there to here. I'll open it up to you guys so you can see if Tim or I missed anything before opening it up to the forum.

As far as Coco, she asks what's new on here or what's going on here, but she hasn't really indicated to me that she has a great desire to get back on here. Granted we've both had health stuff we've been trying to deal with.

Thanks CM. I just have had a kidney stone for the longest time. Had it taken care of Tuesday, now just passing the pieces of it and dealing with the aftereffects. Who knew a guy could be so happy when he's pissing up a mini-beach? Coco has been dealing with strep. So we're a couple of sickos on the road to recovery.

We need to get going on this whole stuff about if we're going to have a forum for people to discuss community standards and all that stuff. We've talked about it for so long, and we it seems like we have an idea of what we're going to do, but let's actually do it.

Also, I'll let you guys know that Coco isn't going to be coming around for a long time if at all. At this point, I couldn't say if she'd even go to the pre-dig gig. She's really upset with how things were handled and I guess more so how people reacted to things, what they did.

I think what she's upset at is that people said they supported her, they were sorry for her, then they went against her in her mind. She's upset that for most any major forum or internet provider, what was done to her would not be tolerated and would be grounds for dismissal. I think she's upset that things have happened the way that they have, with there seemingly wavering on whether to let Nick back in and such.

From Coco herself:

Also, she may come back for the hunt. I was mistaken. But we have to see.

I don't want to drag this whole issue out anymore then it already has been. But IMHO I think it should be noted that the people who were questioning the banning of Nick etc were not showing a lack of support for COCO.

They were questioning the process. They were questioning the evidence. They were questioning the who, whats, whens, wheres, whys and hows. No one outside this thread was given the information were were given. They were questioning the process of picking MODs etc.

As Mods:

We wish there was an ignore feature at the time the problems started.

I wish we had dealt with things diffrent when they started.

Bottom line is there is nothing we can do to change how things worked out. Nick isn't here and his Ban is still in place. People are going to feel how they are going to feel and there isn't anything any of us can do to change that. Be it Coco or any of the people she feels let her down.

What else is there to really say?

Actually I'm sorry I brought it up. I misunderstood the signs that Coco was giving me. I guess she'd like to come back at some point and participate in the hunt. She enjoys it. So since she's been gone, a lot of this has been speculation on my part. I know she is upset at some people for how they've reacted and treated this, and how they continue to act towards it. I'm sorry for bringing it up.

The only way they will know how she feels and possibly give her a better understanding of how they feel in turn would be for her to talk to them.

FWIW TMK - Tim would have banned Nick if he could. Which I think should be in his court to do so and not ours since Nick can come back as anybody he likes. But because of his ISP having IP renewal every time he logs in, it can't be done. It will make things like this easier after the first though.

Has me2 given anyone her answer yet whether she will be the 7th person on this panel?

I agree it would have been cleaner and out of our hands if Tim could have done the banning. It wasn't to work out that way, however, and I believe we made the best decision we could make at the time. We put it in Nick's hands to fight this legally and clear his name - or until the HRO expires. It's his issue to deal with it and I hope we can stop dealing with it soon.

I think people are slowly getting in the mode for hunt time.

It's what we all needed.
