Everyone needs to erase the thought that Phalen Park has anything to do with Maplewood. St. Paul Parks and Rec. has total respons. for Phalen. The portion of the park land that lies in Maplewood is under the Ramsey County Parks Dept. jurisdiction---NOT MAPLEWOOD! This has been a bad bit of info that seems to be stuck in people's minds for the last few years.
Maplewood doesn't want it in any of their parks--this has nothing to do with the Regional parks that Ramsey county has control of
racing on the lake in the winter, but theirs barly any land to hide it on other than the golf course. true ramsey country runs the park, but A. dosnt have to be a st.paul city park now? and B.maplewood thereatened with a lawsuet once after a year at lakefield. so i dont think they'd risk it. its defintly not mounds, with someone suggest, cuz natives were outraged in 87, and they were banned from their.

I know they run a lot of races on River Road.. and that is by Crosby.. and Hidden Falls..

car racing on ice is scheduled for 5-6 Feb. on Phalen lake-
The ice harvesting is finished as of this evening-it was done for the ice maze at Como--Area is not even close to where they race the cars.

WW, all the clues last year had that same rhyme pattern so its not that odd really.
I don't think phalen cuz it was at bc and conway within last few years. They usually move it around the city more.

NEWEL, NEW CENTURY, if any drives down pierce butler regually youll notice that you give chase and pace, cuz its the best speeding ground in the city.

THEY CANT LOCK THE GATES DO TO ALL THE TRAFFIC THAT WOULD BE FLOWING IN AND OUT
