My stomach is messed up right now. I don't know if it's from the overdose of 357 or the 4 cans of Mountain Lightning I had to drink to help settle my mouth down. Either way I'm sure I'm in for it later on. :lipsealed:
And Peter Gabriel doing Imagine was my favorite too. It brought tears to my eyes.
I was also really impressed with that vertical wire thing and that performance and how they came together at the end of that performance in the shape of a dove.
And did you see Sophia Loren? She was one of the Olympic flag carriers. She's in her 70's and looks fabulous.
It's always fun to watch the parade of the athletes. What a deal for them to even be there when most don't have a prayer to medal.
I always get goosebumps when the torch is lit. It's always fun to see who the final torch bearers are and who gets the honor of actually doing the lighting of the big one.
And as far as what sports I enjoy watching during the Olympics....all of it. The Alpine skiing and ice skating, The luge, Ski jumping. Hockey. It's all good.
Ive been looking forward to this years festivities too...
my moms side of the family is Italian... i'm loving it, when they show parts of the country, and people.... cool stuff... I wanna go there someday...
a while back, my mom was doing some research for whatever reason, and found a restaurant located in Torino that has the same name as that side of our family
I love today! I don't even have to get a present of a card or anything! It's just there is always candy around work, and little heart sparklies, and well, it's just a fantastic day to be a kid all over again!
Happy Valentines Day!!! Hugs and Kisses to all of you !!!!!!! xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxooxoxoxoxoxoxoxooxxoxoxo

I seen that in one of my magazines and didn't think it was that expensive. Maybe not. Sharper Image maybe? Brookstone?

just like that oldschool saying "I'm gonna open up a can of whoop ass!"
I had to buy it... its sitting on my shelf with my trophies and other various life-achievments/accumulations....
the hotter the better -
Heh, a guy had this hat at a camp I worked at years ago (I think 97). Always thought it was a cool saying.
trying to get our company to buy it....stuff rox....I hope they do...
enjoy - going out with my guy friends last night - knocking back several beers with them, and talking about all the stuff women never do...
warm last night too - didn't get cold until like 2 am.
possibly the saddest part, for me of this event is seats on the floor :frown:
the show will rock though... anyone who hasnt seen him before: he does NOT disappoint
Oh, crap! I deleted my following post thinking it would lower my post count to 6666. But Nooooo! :frown:
Maybe it was because I replied to me2's post above? Huh
except on the football field
and basketball court.
and....
what stuff do you like to watch most?
I grew up, having to watch the ice skating, mostly...because my mom and sister were/are into watching that, so i'm hooked on that every time....
I could have done without Yoko though.
I'll remember to fast forward through that, when I watch it
I think we could all do without Yoko....
dude.... she broke up the band.... 'nuff said
:frown:

I could have sworn it was an S&L skit!
I think the only word for her is ridiculous.
I love John Lennon, but damn he had horrible taste in women.
personally I have always wanted to travel to Italy, so this will be a special one for me.
I look forward to the snowboarding this year most.
now I'm gonna show how out of it I am... I didn't even know there were olympics this year.
heh j/k

I saw the torch/flame, and thought it was a candle, and some kind of leftover x-mas decoration....
I'm a dumb internet-er
