Matty B\'s is the home of the Cooler Crew. We\'ve got a party going on every evening from 8 until the clue is released. Sunday night, if the hunt goes that long, the bar will be open but food will not be available.
Recent Clues:
Clue #1 Congrats to the finder, to all a reminder
To hunt hard from first to last clues
Medallion I is history. Now a new mystery
Begins -- strap on your hunting shoes
To some its demented, for all unprecedented
But hunters’ thirst must be quenched
Tell sister and brother we’ve hidden another
In a park where a body can be benched
Our 2nd prize? Don’t laugh -- 10-thou cut in half
So get out there even if it’s snowy
And as a special bonus -- some might say an onus --
A meal with our own Clueless Joey
Good hunting to you, let this be the first clue
Think of a woodsy retreat
It won’t be so hard if you channel the bard
You’ll get warm and smell pretty sweet

Thanks New Daddy! Where is the Ramsey Cty fairgrounds? I know I should know this but I don't
Is it private and off limits like the State Fair? Or is it Fair game?
A humane society might work!
ACT II sounds like popcorn ... yum
You're talking about the fair grounds, right?
Because the Humane Society is next to Como.
(who the heck would ever use a monkee for an avatar?)
And then he could ask Jake to come to the press conference with him and say he was his inspiration and they could be filmed together again!!
That would drive the masses insane!
crap, now I can't sleep!!!!
Incidentally, my take on the "near flora with growing pain" is the bonsai society which stores their plants inside the conservatory. (And among the plants in the Japanese garden in the summer). However, how can that be correct since we can't hunt there? I'm worried about vandalism.
Anyway, on the way home from the paper tonight I drove through Como. There are quite a few people there already.
Basically its Maplewood, so probably off limits.

good night all

I know this is repetative, but it helped me ...
"What's in a name? That which we call a rose
By any other word would smell as sweet."
--From Romeo and Juliet (II, ii, 1-2)
[Jump to the quote in the text of the play]
Romeo Montague and Juliet Capulet meet and fall in love in Shakespeare's lyrical tale of "star-cross'd" lovers. They are doomed from the start as members of two warring families. Here Juliet tells Romeo that a name is an artificial and meaningless convention, and that she loves the person who is called "Montague", not the Montague name and not the Montague family. Romeo, out of his passion for Juliet, rejects his family name and vows, as Juliet asks, to "deny (his) father" and instead be "new baptized" as Juliet's lover. This one short line encapsulates the central struggle and tragedy of the play.

Too many possibilities.
And 2 women with flashlights down by the frog pond.
you can't find it if you don't dig!!!
I amstill feein a little iconoclastic and will be in subburbs at some point today.
menagerie = the carousel?
Playground with those animal bouncy ride things?
Now off to work. Good luck to all!
If you're thinking big you're sure to dig
It's in a big park
Near flora with growing pain
I think this could be a reference to Rose Ave, which leads to Como (The growing part of the rose has thorns), or it could be the growth of the Conservatory (it got a new entrance). Or panes of glass.
Winter or summer is never a bummer
The conservatory is open year around
A menagerie of fun wild or tame
Como fits this to a T. The zoo is your wild menagerie, the Humane society on Beulah is the the tame one.
It's just a little too perfect, but it is a very big park. And it's loved enough that you won't have the lone footprint problem.
That stopped and started and re-started and stopped again... Like thinking about where to toss The Med.
 Growing Pains
if you channel the bard
hard = rock
bard = Shakespeare
rock + shakespeare anagrams to CHEROKEEs PARK
But how do you get the rest to fit Chair-O-Key?
So much is clearer now. Why didn't you tell us this before?
