After looking forward to eating the pork roast covered in saurkruat that been in the crockpot all day, and just now realizing (5:30pm) that the crockpot has been off all day, ordering a Red's Savoy pizza
Well then I think you could have said just about anything you wanted during your interview and they would have said " You're hired!" They need people all the time. Glad you got a job though!
DAMN! have fun speaking of tests I need to be studying for a test I have to take online by 11 tonight and I haven't even finished the chapter yet  Wish me luck!
tc still codes up every city we fly into; i've yet to find any she doesn't still know. the woman is a walking encyclopedia of airport codes, foreign and domestic. remember that louisville is so damn french and think outside the box.
they just put you through alotta hell to get your foot in the door...
feels like i've been running in circles, the past few weeks, talking to the same people over and over again... doing re-interviews of re-interviews....
yeah res is the first part of the company that most people see. they gotta have good people to represent them.
tc worked desk, res, worldperks, customer service, and ended up as a supervisor. she loved that job. had it not been for the arrival of the littlest she wouldn't have ever left. it wasn't compatible with being a mom since you're constantly called in on promos. the flight benefits are great though, and with all her buddies, the passes are terrific.
That's awesome! One of the best horror movies ever! My absolute favorite part is when the hand is chasing him... and stops on the pile of books, the top of which is "A Farewell to Arms"
He is one of my all time favorite actors... Wish I had seen more than 3 movies of his though... IMHO, much better facial contortionist than Jim Carrey...
I got a heated seat cushion for my car! It plugs into the cig lighter, and heats up faster and warmer than my husbands factory heated seats! It arrived last Wednesday -- not a day too soon!
enjoy: making the decision to do my best to not let myself have a bad day, and then being lifted up by all the kind words in here, today is going to be a good day, for me and hopefully the whole crew!
NOT SURE WHERE I CAN DO THAT...
Mine included MGM as well.
 :ooh:
OMG...I'M SOOO HAPPY NOW...
I'M GOING TO HAVE MINI-BROWSWERS EVERYWHERE NOW...
JUST BE CAREFUL SPLITTING IT IN A POP UP WINDOW...IT GETS A LITTLE GOOFY...
I HAD 2 UNINSTALL IT...BUT I'M GOOD NOW...
WHEN YOU HAVE 2 OR MORE TABS OPEN...
RIGHT CLICK ON THE TAB HEADER...
SELECT.. "SPLIT TAB TO" ---AND CHOSE THE ONE YOU WANT.
Thanks!
SUCH AS WHEN I "PM" SOMEBODY ON HERE....IF I SPLIT THAT BROWSWER I CAN'T CLOSE IT....
ONLY WAY I KNOW IS TO UNINSTALL IT AND START ALL OVER...
thank you diggin' & zeph...was a great time....
I start training on the 26th...
I had my button on, at the interview, and one of the ladies that I had to talk to noticed it...
she started talking about winter-carnival stuff, and at one point asks me "have you ever looked for the medallion?"
I think I came accross pretty rude....
I laughed at her....a lot...
Couldnt stop laughing....
and then I said "If only you knew"....
I just wish I could start sooner...
I gotta memorize tons of city/airport codes and stuff, before the first day of training...
had another interview elsewhere yesterday (saturday), and they told me to come back if this one doesnt work out...
I think im gonna need another part time deal on the side, anyhow...
no... not the zipcodes...
each airport/field, has a 3 letter abbreviation given to it....
like ours = MSP...
thats a pretty easy one, and there are lots like it...
But then theres ones that make no sense, and ones that seem really odd....
different countries have different codes assigned to them....
Its crazy how much stuff they're going to test us on, on the first day.
According to the materials I was given - you need to have atleast 85% of the stuff right.

Glad someone could use the tickets... I only one because I was asked the same question that LL(?) was asked earlier
Classic!
I like it because it cracks me up and is frightening at the same time. I never knew I could be afraid of so much cheese.
