Thanks slim. I'm rather partial to #3. I took a couple with an ambulance driving by with it's lights going. It was hard to tell though.

Wow! Great shots as usual. Three is my favorite too. I like the way the top one is kind of blowing away or whatever.

Ares is right. You should be selling those. You should be submitting them to the Pioneer Press or the Winter Carnival Assoc. UPI pays for pictures. I'm sure all the bureaus do.

He's got a craniofacial anomally....we see lots of kids like that at my hospital...usually we can rebuild the skull so they don't grow up to be "creepy"....hard way to go through life, ..looking creepy

Yeah, I gotta put up with scaring little kids all the time Posen. It starts to pull on your feelings after awhile. I actually used that guy as my avatar when it first started circulating. I was asked to change it even more times than my normal creepy guy. Plus he too had a creepy story to go with the picture.

I wish I coulda gone but I was operating on almost no sleep for the past couple of days and needed to get a least a couple of hours in so I'm not totally wiped for work tomorrow. I haven't had 11 days off since my honeymoon almost 13 years ago. Talk about depressing.

Now if the Big Game can finish with a 5 I'll be a little bit better.

cm- I drove on Plato across Wabasha only about 10 minutes before the fireworks began. The police wouldn't allow anyone to cross the bridge.

I really like the 2nd fireworks shot - but anything by you is always a pleasure.
