Thanks to everyone for sharing their fireworks photos. Some fantastic shots! We didn't make it to Big Sandy for the fireworks this year ~ no one was sober enough to drive. :eek:

We were camping up there last weekend

We were at a friend's cabin on Jenkins Lake near Palisade. Lots of beautiful weather and a wonderful weekend!

I was at Mille Lacs lake for the 4th. Here is my first attempt at fireworks photos

It was fun to watch people open it and their expressions

It was Kirby's (guy who owns the cabin) birthday. His best friend thought it was his 50th - so he got 49 small (travelers) and 1 big one!

Funny thing was - it was really his 49th!!

There is ALWAYS a lot at this place....food, beverages, fireworks, FUN!

Here's a 30# pork tenderloin with vidalia onions - we also had the 10#'s of shrimp as appetizer and a 5# silion tip roast in the smoker

and $800 worth of fireworks we popped off......and all this was the Sat BEFORE the 4th

I've got the baywatch theme on a CD in my car...

I've got 2 burnt cd's, that a friend made for me... full of TV/Movie theme-songs.... sitcoms, cartoons, movies - you name it, I probably have it

I'm getting the nerve up to try out for the pre-tryouts for the Vixens football team that day and then Im SUPPOSED to be at a friends annual bbq up north for the evening.
