I just found the address at mapquest and it looks like that house is in the same area as the house they used for the filming of That Was Then, This is Now. There are some really cool houses in that area.

just make a strong mix of hard liquor, and put it in a 20 ouncer, or a 1 liter... then pocket that, and walk in with it...
either that, or some tasty vodka, or malibu or parrot bay or some other clear liquid, inside of a water bottle works just as well...
