his point was that the city doesn't own the cul-de-sac (they don't plow it, pave it, repair it nothing) the residents of own it and we pay to do all of that stuff almost like its an extention of our driveways it is private property...like I care if some guy drives in and takes pictures but it makes a person wonder if someone had been doing something in their houses near a window and someone took a picture on private property and it ended up on google their might be problems.

Note that the limits have nothing to do with where you are when you take the shots; it's all about the subject's expectation of privacy. You can be on private property (a mall or office-building lobby), or even be trespassing and still legally take pictures. Whether you can be someplace and whether you can take pictures are two completely separate issues.

shooting on private property isn't a crime in and of itself.

If you can prove they took a photo of inside your window its a violation of your personal space...

kinda like when that senator peered into a bathroom stall...its a violation of personal space...

its a major major offense to take photos of windows (if you can see inside a house) or bathroom stall cracks in public restrooms for that matter

he sure didn't look to happy!!! The last couple of years I go out to the fair and give him a hard time its fun!!! last year I just yelled joe rules really loud!!!! He has gotting to the point where I have heard him say stuff about wheres our yelling fan this year and stuff like that!!! Its fun I think next year we should just go to his show and throw the hole show ask him where he is going to hide the puck and stuff like that and ask him what he was thinking when he hid it at hiddin falls if he thought it was a good idea to hid something were it says its hidden there lol!! just to have fun!!

he's doing a "tour" of sorts... at different ace hardware stores, signing his new DVD...

its a dvd of Garage Logic stuff from this years state fair...

I got one for my step-dad... they handed out free Fratellones t-shirts too... we gave ours to Steves dad, cause he listens to KSTP, also...
