Good news update. Mom is out of the hospital and back home. She can't go back to work for 2 weeks. I'm sure she'll be having a few doctor visits and be put on a diet and some medications.
As for exercize, since I visit my parents every Monday evening, I'll be sure she gets out for a walk at least once a week.
Thanks again everyone for the thoughts and prayers. They are most appreciated, and definitely help!
Voiceover talent Don LaFontaine's voice will no longer be heard during the movie previews - he died Monday at 68 from complications created by a blood clot in his lung.
Thanks Froggy. Things are pretty discouraging lately. Nothing seems to be working on my left leg and ankle. It's been hurting 24/7 for well over a week now!

I just got word this evening that my cousin, Andrew, committed suicide this afternoon. He was previously hospitalized for mental problems.. Schizophrenia (no idea on the spelling) I think.
I'm still in shock, as I believe he had been recovering well after being in the hospital for so long.

There's way too much wood in my deck to ever go limp. I do need to pressure wash it this summer though. :sheepish:
