Someone asked me when I was a kid if I would help 'display' a turkey at the fair for their 4-H project. Chickens are no problem. A big live domestic turkey can weigh almost as much as a small child. One look told me my arms were not long enough to keep those huge birds from pecking my eyes out. No thanks.

I didn't leave anything on Orchard in the parks or ghost files at RCHS either. It was my baby and I was keeping it. (but I shared with you guys :wink: )
In a large mixing bowl, tear the burgers into pieces and add diced celery and seasonings. Toss and add chicken broth. Toss well. Stuff cavity of turkey just before roasting. Makes about 9 cups (enough for a 10- to 12-pound turkey). Note: Allow 1 hamburger for each pound of turkey, which will be the equivalent of 3/4 cup of stuffing per pound.
its all Yours It is a hard side case this thing has taking one hell of a beating!!! in the past!!! it fell off the roof of a car and there is barely a MARK on it!! the wheels are sweet on it I would like to keep this one but I don't like hard sides!!!
