I encourage them to keep the spirit and they ask to wear my carnival buttons every year and help with the clues - giving youthful non cluttered brainy ideas but I'm glad they like to stay home where it's warm.
Tuesday I will be at Schroeder's Bar at 6:30pm until 7:30 (later if anyone wants to meet for a drink)!
Wednesday I will be at the Klondike Kate Contest at Prom Center in Oakdale.
Saturday I am headed Eagan way in the afternoon for a kids birthday party and could meet up somewhere for an exchange.
Tuesday I will be doing a Truck run (bar hopping) selling the last of my buttons (hopefully)... so if you are going to be at a bar around the dwntn area let me know I can have the truck stop there.
Redbear: I still have yours on reserve... Can we pick a place a time to hook up? (I promise to be quick :wink: )
How much are these buttons? Is there any way you can save 3 for me, (one for each of us ) brass monkey and Stephanie? I'm sure my son and daughter in law would like one as I would. :smile:
those usually cost a $1 but I think they should be $2 this year since it gets a person deals at Matty B's and the $ go twords the making of them and/or something else - a drawing or charity or back to the Cooler somehow (we've talked about this before- a Cooler fund for births, deaths etc) or something. I don't really care. I just think they are worth mom and Terrys time to be worth more.

Ive had a number of people recently - who know little/nothing about it - tell us "that sounds like fun, I'd like to go with"
I try to convince them otherwise....
I hate to have to quit, and go home, because somebody is tired or cold, or sick of being out for a buncha hours....
some of my family has hunted before - but only half assed, and mainly for fun....
most of them dont understand my NEED to do this... and they probably never will...
