In your special outfit for me, please?
owwwWEEEEE!
Yo ye pharoahs, let us walk
Through this barren desert, in search of truth
And some pointy boots, and maybe a few snack crackers.
OWWWW WEEE baby, you make me wanna walk like a camel.
OWWWW WEEE, walk!
WhoÂ’s in charge here, whereÂ’s my CaptainÂ’s wafers?
DonÂ’t go around hungry now, the way you eat that oatmeal pie,
Makes me just wanna die, baby, OWWWW
You make me wanna walk like a camel.
OWWWW WEEE, walk!
Say, you donÂ’t think thereÂ’s any way I could get that quarter
From underneath your pointy boot, do ya?
All I want is just one more oatmeal pie.
OWWWW WEEE, Little Debbie, Little Debbie
IÂ’m a comin on home, baby, Â’cause you make me wanna walk
Like a camel, OWWWW WEEE!

Sunday, February 8, 2009 – From very reliable sources we are hearing that Neil will perform on the 51st annual Grammy Awards show, also on CBS. Check your local listings for the time.
Also, on Friday, February 6, 2009, Neil will be honored as the 2009 MusiCares
Person of the Year. This will not be on television but we have heard that a DVD
of the event will be available at a later date.
::hmpt:: I'm not gonna tell yah, you'll just have to watch and find out which Neil.
<edit> I get it
minus the puke brown leather.
nice chest!
due to you guyses Neil fetish I found this guy Neil Gaiman yesterday and thought he seemed interesting and I wanted to read more about him at a later date. Then I read todays paper and see his picture (he looks familiar) turns out the same guy as I read online last night...I didn't know he was involved with the new movie Coraline. I feel almost like it's a BM but I don't know if hearing about a same person in a 24 hr period counts too....OT? Eags?
I've heard about Twitter 3 times since yesterday too but the more I think about Twitter the more I think I heard of it once a year ago. oh well.
If I didn't come back all i would have read was
that second guy is good lookin' minus the puke brown leather. nice chest!
Nickelback ~ Today Was Your Last Day Lyrics
My best friend gave me the best advice
He said each day's a gift and not a given right
Leave no stone unturned, leave your fears behind
And try to take the path less traveled by
That first step you take is the longest stride
If today was your last day
and tomorrow was too late
Could you say goodbye to yesterday?
Would you live each moment like your last?
Leave old pictures in the past
Donate every dime you have?
If today was your last day
Against the grain should be a way of life
What's worth the prize is always worth the fight
Every second counts 'cause there's no second try
So live like you'll never live it twice
Don't take the free ride in your own life
If today was your last day
and tomorrow was too late
Could you say goodbye to yesterday?
Would you live each moment like your last?
Leave old pictures in the past
Donate every dime you have?
Would you call old friends you never see?
Reminisce of memories
Would you forgive your enemies?
Would you find that one you're dreamin' of?
Swear up and down to God above
That you finally fall in love
If today was your last day
If today was your last day
Would you make your mark by mending a broken heart?
You know it's never too late to shoot for the stars
Regardless of who you are
So do whatever it takes
'Cause you can't rewind a moment in this life
Let nothin' stand in your way
Cause the hands of time are never on your side
If today was your last day
and tomorrow was too late
Could you say goodbye to yesterday?
Would you live each moment like your last?
Leave old pictures in the past
Donate every dime you have?
Would you call old friends you never see?
Reminisce of memories
Would you forgive your enemies?
Would you find that one you're dreamin' of?
Swear up and down to God above
That you finally fall in love
If today was your last day
sometimes I actually post and <edit> but since I thought it was within a couple minutes and it was so slow in here today tht I thought it was okay. Glad you want to see what I post though.
That was pretty much the only channel my mom listened to....

Video Clip - The Water Coolers : Flying
You know I like my chicken fried
Cold beer on a Friday night
A pair of jeans that fit just right
And the radio up
Well I was raised up beneath the shade of a Georgia pine
And thatÂ’s home you know
With sweet tea pecan pie and homemade wine
Where the peaches grow
And my house itÂ’s not much to talk about
But itÂ’s filled with love thatÂ’s grown in southern ground
And a little bit of chicken fried
Cold beer on a Friday night
A pair of jeans that fit just right
And the radio up
Well IÂ’ve seen the sunrise
Seen the love in my womanÂ’s eyes
Feel the touch of a precious child
And know a motherÂ’s love
And its funny how itÂ’s the simple things in life that mean the most Not where you live, what you drive or the price tag on your clothes
ThereÂ’s no dollar sign on a piece of mind this IÂ’ve come to know
So if you agree have a drink with me
Raise you glasses for a toast
To a little bit of chicken fried
Cold beer on a Friday night
A pair of jeans that fit just right
And the radio up
Well IÂ’ve seen the sunrise
See the love in my womanÂ’s eyes
Feel the touch of a precious child
And know a motherÂ’s love
I thank God for my life
For the stars and stripes
May freedom forever fly, let it ring.
Salute the ones who died
And the ones that gave their lives
So we donÂ’t have to sacrifice
All the things we love
Like our chicken fried
Cold beer on a Friday night
A pair of jeans that fit just right
And the radio up
Well IÂ’ve seen the sunrise
See the love in my womanÂ’s eyes
Feel the touch of a precious child
And know a motherÂ’s love
You know I like chicken fried
Cold beer on a Friday night
A pair of jeans that fit just right
And the radio up
Well IÂ’ve seen the sunrise
See the love in my womanÂ’s eyes
Feel the touch of a precious child
And know a motherÂ’s love
ooooh, drivin my life away lookin for a better way .....
What if you're right?
And he was just another nice guy
What if you're right?
What if it's true?
They say the cross will only make a fool of you
And what if it's true?
What if he takes his place in history
With all the prophets and the kings
Who taught us love and came in peace
But then the story ends
What then?
But what if you're wrong?
What if there's more?
What if there's hope you never dreamed of hoping for?
What if you jump?
And just close your eyes?
What if the arms that catch you, catch you by surprise?
What if He's more than enough?
What if it's love?
What if you dig
Way down deeper than your simple-minded friends
What if you dig?
What if you find
A thousand more unanswered questions down inside
That's all you find?
What if you pick apart the logic
And begin to poke the holes
What if the crown of thorns is no more
Than folklore that must be told and retold?
You've been running as fast as you can
You've been looking for a place you can land for so long
But what if you're wrong?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RhHtgScGUGs&feature=related
thats all
take it on the run, baby
if that's the way you want it baby
then i don't want you around
so your trying to say I am not a rocker????
I'm starting to love alternative country artists like Steve Earle, Todd Snider, Ryan Bingham. They sound nothing like today's top 40 pop country. They're a throwback to the old story tellers and folk singers of the 60's. Kind of like if you mixed Johnny Cash with Bob Dylan. Or if you mixed Tom Petty with Merle Haggard.
We were wondering what it's like in there. Is there any seating or tables? Or is it standing room only? Is the viewing area similar to First Ave or do you need to get there early to get a good spot?
I'll be there too, with a couple buddies of mine...
we like to catch them, every time they come to town...
but yeah.... its kinda comparable to 1st Ave...
they do throw a mean NYE party, when they're givin up free drinks all night, though...
But i'd rather go to 1st Ave/7th St. Entry....
the place feels like home to me....
Flogging Molly
Todd Snider
Fleetwood Mac
Bruce Springsteen
..... and we were going to be cutting back this year :eyeroll:
<----- going!
and it dosnt get any better then that!!
