Yes Ares. I would never step in and take over. That us why I checked with him first. I already messaged him to let him know people are interested and asked if we could discuss it and he said "ya" so now I will coordinate logistics with him. I also asked if he would host it. I am just providing the laptop ,mic, and tunes :grin:

Can I attach a doc somehow? I have a set list that I can post for people to browse ahead of time.

And.... If we do karaoke too early, most people will e like CK and nott sing. People need to have some liquid courage first.

I like the idea mentioned in one of the other threads of keeping it to an hour or hour and 1/2 so other tunes can be played by our awesome DJ Master Lilman OR have people sing inbetween tunes.

I am supposed to hear from Rich today. I like the idea of having the karaoke in between the dj music. I guess it depends on how complicated the switch is between dj equip and karaoke stuff.

That is by far the best one I have seen yet. Only once have I been to heavy metal karaoke. Wish I could remember where it was.

It won't be working that day. Besides, when it is PDG time in St Paul, it will be the Sabbath here. You can only sing Ozzy and Dio songs on the Sabbath. It's in the rules.
