Some folks bring crockpots with stuff....coffee would always be welcomed...Ian will bring sloppy joe medallions - I'm assuming anyways as he always does. I'm bringing a chicken, pasta, salad.
The only thing I would advise against is 24 lbs of potato salad!!!!
Damn....this sucks, ninjas....i know me and shaggs said the 6th would be the last clue...but thats cause we thought WE were actually gonna get it this year...heh.
I am seriously really upset about this being found! I have been sitting here for nearly 2 hours reading every post since 11 this morning. Just to read people's reactions when it was found. How depressing!!! I don't want to wait a whole year! And even then I am going to be in Wisconsin for college... aggghhhh!
I know, I am just saying I am going to miss it... this was my last year of being able to get totally into it, and it ended before I got to look! I was going to go to the pp with my mom, her friend and my friend tonight and we were going to scope everything out! I just wish it had been a better hunt. I had all sorts of wild ideas about the clues, which would have been more interesting than what they actually meant. Its just upsetting that everything was but so blatantly and it was just up to which park fit them BEST, not which one it was for sure.

Driving by Rice Park last night on the way to get the clue, they had some really cool ice sculptures out there so, he might get lucky.
I just saw the winner on the news they said they basically tripped over it....ha ha he kicked a piece of paper picked it up and voila
They are melting about as fast as they can carve them. This weather is unbelievable. Who woulda thought?
Good thing there wasn't an ice palace this year. They would have never been able to pull it off.
Many of the carnival events are being cancelled or changed because of this weather.
I'm glad I got to see a lot of the crazier winter events like car racing on ice last year then.

Ever so quickly...he is going to shoot Lady Liberty...A 20 foot tall Statue of Liberty...made of ICE!
They just mentioned on the news that they are going to rope off the ice sculpture area so that as the sculptures fall apart folks don't get hurt.
Smart Move...I'll be surprised if there is anything left come parade time tomorrow!

I've made some commitments for tomorrow being we weren't going to be hunting. Is that parade still televised? Maybe I can catch it on the tube.

Last year close to 100 came - this year I suspect there will me many more. Some folks come and go - but most stay for the duration as they are able.
I really think lawn chairs will be appropriate. We can start working on our summer tans! The weather is going to be unseasonably warm!
