Could fit BC, but I don't think this seals it.  Just reluctant, I guess.  Siren could be a weather warning siren, too.  Generals could be a reference to Fort Snelling.   I dunno - I've been up for 20 hours....should've waited till morning.

I'm heading for bed - maybe something will come to me while I try to sleep....
