2005 Pioneer Press Treasure Hunt

That's the same one they've been using for the past three years. I think what they are referring to is a medallion that was used in years past before they resurrected the hunt.

hmm autographs and all, that might be worth a couple bucks... might just haveta show up at the movie...

I am going to try to do the hunt in NSP this year.....(first-timer) but I won't have much time....after 930ish at night and will have one...maybe 2 times during a 4 hr block in the daylight....

Bummer.  I forgot about you hunting after 9:00ish.  I was gonna offer to hunt witchew, but...  I just can't at nite.  My circadian rhythmns won't let me!

Nice one yo! If you guys need anymore let me know - maybe we could create a DONATION list of thingys for them too - I dont mind helping out people in need - seems like they are way deserving of the 5 K!!

That looks like the coolerest ornament ever! I love snowmen so much. don't get me wrong, santa is ok, but snowpeople are cooler.

Eh, they'd just split the prize and you'd all get 5 medallion dollars...

I'm planning on hunting that one, shoot it's close to home for me anyway.

48 hours many of them catching up on sleep. I am just starting to catch up on posts - finally made it through this thread. 

Wow what can I say, this was an awesome hunt!  I spent so many hours with all of you, adjusting back into real life is gonna be a struggle.  I want to thank each and everyone of you cause you all played a role in making this by far the best hunt I ever participated in. 

Me2 - What can I say girlfriend, we had a blast too bad our campout was canceled.

I've been poking around on that website - there are a bunch of MNans who mention the medallion hunt posting in the forums.

Huh... I dunno.... it seems kinda "Indiana Jones"ish.....

I wonder if ya gotta deal with giant boulders falling on you, or snakepits, or angry mobs of hindu warriors, yeilding dangerous weapons, in underground caves...

I registered for the forums on tweleve.org. There is a lot of information out there about finding the treasures. Anyway, we should make a different thread for this if we are really interested in figuring out the clues.

My Husband is doing the "6 degrees of separation" game using our screen names and googling them. Every one has some reference to the clues for this years hunt.
It's really funny.

Maybe I should hide a trinket under a stick pile at Crosby and you and Timmers can compete to find it.
