actually- being a guy that you are---you didnt say you yourself was turning off YOUR avatar- you just said "time to hide avatars" implied like a joke or that some people may-not directly that you would- and I didn't know we could turn them off-

was that a mans japanese sutilty (the kind men hate when women do it)? OR a little passive

whatever the case - its changed-it was gonna be changed-I was in the middle of taking a pic of my coin before the idea of the parrot arose. it was a short term joke for cm

I thought it was obvious what I was saying, but since I don't quite understand what you're saying, maybe I wasn't so clear.

I'll try this:

I prefer you don't use such risqué avatars in the future. Not because I'm personally offended, but because I, and many others, view this site from work. It's nothing personal.

your risque may be slightly different than mine but I will try to keep it down or to a minimum ---cause I love big strong authorative stern controllers

Thanks for posting 3M. I have one coming too.

Liked the avatar me2. Can you send me many more through e-gram? :pbpt: :pbpt:

It would have been scary if my boss happened to come in and see it though.

Mainly because she's on vacation and 'she' never comes down here.

Here's my cute little girl and her neighbor friend building a cute little snowman with jalapeno eyes, a lemon nose and a celery smile. A Pioneer Press headband, mittens and Cooler Crew scarf were added to keep it warm.....

Then they came in and asked if they could make some hot chocolate. I told them to fill the coffee maker with water and switch it on.

Here's what they decided to do instead!! :worried: :frown:   :coolfrown:

I used filberts for eyes, carrot for nose and an orange slice for the mouth of my snowman.

Unfortunately I was only able to see the last of the fire and tons of smoke after they already opened it up. And sadly, they didn't even get to watch the show since they cranked it up and went to play in her room. :eyeroll:

Her friend asked if she was going to babysit Ali tonight. HA - Yeah, right!

parrot p0rn has been moderated...sorry -

OMG!!!!   on the microwave fire!!!!! I run water through the coffee pot too...

here's a little secret about me that no one knows... Everytime I run the water through the coffee maker I actually feel smart and get a little 'high' cause I thought of that idea on my own - especially when my kids have friends over and I feel like a hightech cool mom - no water in mugs and microwave ---and they get refills easily

I also have filled the coffee maker with apple cider ... I only run one pot though cause it doesnt work as well as water.

And it's a lot cheaper just making it at home.

I started drinking coffee when I was about 6. I'd always drink my Dad and my Gramps coffee when they weren't looking.

I've been hooked ever since. I have however cut down to one large cup a day in the morning.

THX 1138

I'm confused.

You run the cider through the maker?
Sat, 12/31/2005 - 10:29 AM Permalink
me2

yes, put the cider through the coffee maker like water. I add the spice and cinnamon afterwards. Warning though: I run a pot of water through it afterwards to clean it out. Also, people have different coffee makers so I don't know what it would do to yours - try it at your own risk

and no it doesnt taste like coffee at all
Sat, 12/31/2005 - 10:35 AM Permalink
KITCH

well...that's just stupid

how do you simmer in the cinniamon and cloves??
Sat, 12/31/2005 - 10:38 AM Permalink

not to mention the orange zest and brown sugar..

I dunno, the taste of burnt metal wasn't all that bad I guess. It was the adding of the fried rubber non-slip bottom that made it taste just a bit off for me. :eyeroll:

hey now kitch! don't be dissin the m&m til you've tried it. I didn't say it was nice and slow cooked that you can do on a stovetop. This is something quick. Now just maybe thats a good idea for poker night- Hot Cider slow cooked with some of that Apple Korn liquor.
