Heh - That's right. I forgot that we blew up that glow stick in there too. That was kinda on purpose tho. I have 3 of the six panels cleaned right now. And to anyone that this might happen to in the future, use mag wheel chrome cleaner to get it really clean. I was even able to get the light red glow stuff off from way back. Use Desolve-it right off the bat though.

Then Lysol to sanitize the place of course.

I soo wanna watch a video of all of that..

from the girls putting it in .....all the way to dad cleaning it up...

I don't have video of that but I do of an egg we did with my brothers face on it on Christmas about 4am. That was funny as shit. I might even have one of the glow stick. That was about 6am though. :chagrin:

That is so funny. My dad once put my moms coffee carafe on the stove in the motorhome thinking it was metal. It was plastic with chrome coloring. :eek: We all sitting outside by the fire when the fire alarm went off in the motorhome. "Dad just cuz it looks like metal doesn't mean it IS metal!!!" He still hasn't lived that one down.

Good luck getting the smell out CM. An old roommate in college burnt a bag of popcorn in the microwave, I mean really burnt. She's upstairs on the phone and puts a bag in for 5-6 minutes. :eek: Me and the one of the other roomie (the one who actually owned the mic) walk in to a cloud of smoke. Even though we scrubbed in clean, everything you cooked after that had a hint of burnt pocorn taste.

My bro-in-law works for the st. paul fire department..

He thinks that microwave popcorn needs to be banned in all college dorms....he said they would get a fire call about once a week.

Exactly! We just learned that. If you look at the photo, the mug on the left was never affected while the one on the right caused all kinds of havoc.

All you have to do is send them a jpg of a student ID if ya want I can make one for ya (an interesting skill of graphic design)

I'll just stick to open source applications. They're free, no legal entanglements. Plus you can sell your work if you use them (I think with academic software you legally can't use it to make a profit).

I didn't even have to do that. I just walked into Office Depot - said it's for my kid, who is a student and got one.

Did it again at costco when I picked one up for a friend.

My installation is January 14th, and the theme is winter carnival. Zephy helped me Rhyme the invite (I will post to share with ya'll he did great)

One of the things I'm doing is a table of all things WC so the peeps out here will stop calling me crazy. I've put together a photo album, but there are lke 50 spots still open, and I would love some pixs of you guys in there, so when I 'splain the hunt part - they get it.
