I broke down and rented a car yesterday out of pocket. God it feels good to drive again! Good luck with you car Kitch, glad it wasn't your fault
6498!! and thats a lot higher then I wanted to go anyways!! because any more then that they would have totaled the car and wouldnt have done any work on it!!
Unfortunately the damage would have to have been over 18 grand for them to total it. (Would have been nice because then I wouldn't be driving a new car that has already been in an accident! :frown: )
Ice what was your original guess?
Well, I won't know the exact total until next week because when I picked the car up there was a scratch on the alloy wheel that they overlooked, so I asked that they replace it (which the insurance co. agreed to).
But I do have a ballpark figure. Thats why I suggested people bid again, because there are alot of overbidders.
Heh I guess it's a long known thing that the owner of the NorthStar ramp pays to park in our ramp across the street. He jokes that he doesn't feel safe in his own ramp and would rather pay to be safe. HUH!
That's a little tidbit that I'm sure the news outlets would like to get their hands on. :sheepish:
could throw the whole estimate off...

Did the guy who backed up into it have to pay your deductible? I am bummed - I just couldn't get 500 bucks out 1 deer :pbpt:
