Hi guys, We were going to put 3x5 cards in Zeph's pocket to be stored in the museum. However today only about 2 were signed. Here is the deal. Post your thoughts feelings whatever you would like archieved in the museum with Zeph. Please post by Wednesday 2/9, We will print out this entire thread to place in his pocket. If you contact anyone who leaves after the hunt please get in touch with them so they can post here!! Zeph it's been a great ride for all of us. The crew, your family, you and the people here at home who got to enjoy everything you and us were doing.
We have all made our mark in history and I think we can be safe in saying it was a worthwhile one. Long live the Cooler Crew. Can't wait to hunt side by side for real with you next year.

Zephyrus, You've made more of an impression on the crew than I could have hoped to had I been here since the start. I'm truely amazed at the efforts of one group of people to make a soldier away from home feel like he's still here doing the things he enjoys. Actually I'm pretty sure your stand in had more fun this year than I managed, and certainly got a lot more involved. But it was fun to bask in a fellow coolerhead's glory.

Now, it is time to turn that energy around, and direct it at yourselves... It seems like there are some issues and hurt feelings here that need tending to...
Problems in here are nothin' compared to what's goin' on around the world... I can't imagine what you must feel like with the dangers lurking over there. Hopefully, this site can (at least) be a distraction for you.Â
I'm doing a series of collages for the 2004 Royalty, and I was talking to the wife of the West Wind, she's the one organizing it, and we got to talking about you because of the front page story and the Cooler Crew and everything. I'm said, yeah, the cover of the paper with Zephy on it, and she says Zephy? Do you know that's what they call the West Wind? And I said, yeah, that's where he got it. She didn't know about any of it, hadn't seen the article or anything. Sheesh...but she said she could get you Winter Carnival stuff that says Zephyrus on it if you want!
