You could walk around Phalen to stay on the exercise course but if you walk in from the front gate (the source), you'll want to not go to your left (port) because that's where the golf course is. Column 20...not sure, could be that the stations on the exercise path are numbered and that #20 has a column.
So I'd still say Phalen. Perhaps not in the same spot I had mine, but rather in the main part of the park. I'm not quite sure on where in Phalen exactly.

There is the internet to look it up- I knew that- just too lazy to do so and I knew someone would comment that it can be done another way than just leaving the house- I just didn't feel like getting so deep--:) -- Does it go near Hidden Falls? Is there Tennis or Baseball in Hidden Falls? otherwise rule it out-but that park is obviously closed at dark. I currently agree with Phalen for now.
