start by finding yourself a patent lawyer, chem. but just as a warning, don't be surprised. they don't come cheap. the last numbers i knew was that it cost something like $15000 to get a patent.
Yo Skizzo, sup? Based on the fact that you quoted Eminem, used Eminem disses, and posted nothing about ICP, I assume that you are basing your "opinions" on what Eminem says in his songs, and not on your own experience. I think you should at least check out some ICP shit before dissing. Why waste time hating? I recommend Riddle Box, or Shangri-La. "Mainstream" fans seem to prefer Jeckal Brothers.
Today is my Friday. Tomorrow I'm off to spend some time taking my Mom to lunch and getting some things taken care of here before heading north for the weekend. I love Fridays - especially when they come early!!
Poor Michael. All that money and look at the shape he's in.
and what's so wrong with eminem, shaggs? i mean aside from the fact that he hates the icp that is. me2's sister suckered me (and believe it or not, j, those were pretty much her own words last nite too, though i think what she actually said was "considering i dragged you to see this" :) into going with her to see 8 mile last nite. and i'd do it again cuz it was an excellent movie.
I dont think Shaggy was sayin there was stuff wrong with Em, I think he was tellin that Skizzo ninja to not judge ICP by what Eminem says.. I could be wrong though...... But, Speaking for myself... I dont find anything wrong Slim... I gotta admit... when he first showed up on the scene, I wasnt liking him one damn bit.... but right now... I've done a 420 and im diggin his shit... havent seen the movie yet, but I intend on doing that soon. He used to be a juggalo himself too... back in the day, he had a Riddlebox tatoo that he got covered up later on... Him and The Monoxide Child, and Jaimie Madrox (Twiztid, 4 thoze of you who dont know)used to be pretty tight with eachother, back when Eminem was known as Infinite.. But anyhow.. I gotta jet for now, ya'll imma get my grub on.
I leave for Haiti in three days, I cannot wait! It is going to be a great trip, I am going with some great people and I know that I will learn a lot. I hope to take some great pictures and scan them and post them here. I may scan some from my March trip later.
We caught it. I actually thought it was a well balanced piece. Talked about this new activity and the concerns it brings from those interested in keeping park resources safe. It raised an issue.
Yeah, J's right, I have nothing against Eminem. I listen to both him and ICP. I just think it's whack as hell when you get people that refuse to listen to one, yet can somehow start dissing them, just because the other has beef. It's ICP and Eminem's problem, not ours.
Today was my Friday!!! Tomorrow I'll spend sometime with my Mom - take her to lunch and who knows what else...then home to pack up a few things and wait for Inks to get off work.
see, and i'm still trying to figure out what day it really is. part of me feels like today was friday. part of me feels like tomorrow's supposed to be thursday (i think skipping work on monday had something to do with that). the rest of me just wants to get the weekend started to reset the parts of my body that don't think tomorrow's friday.
enjoy your long weekend, terry.
and before i wish everyone scd's, and call it a nite, i wanna ask if any of y'all have ever drank jello when its still warm before it sets up. a very interesting feeling in your stomach it is about 3 hours after you drink it. as it tries to set up.
Think I'm going to find the sheets and get some good shut-eye. I haven't caught up yet from the weird all-night dreams I had earlier this week - two nights in a row! Felt like I had been working all night when the alarm went off.
I'm not sure what John was getting at, and what meeting he was at, but he's actually geocaching's strongest government employed supporter. He was probably the force behind making the sport legal in Ramsey County parks.
But to answer JT, NO-a very large percentage of geocachers do not harm the environment. MOST follow established trails. A lot of people clean up garbage on their way out from a cache.
Tim asked how the Tour de Parks was supposed to work so that maybe he could help with it. Well here's the idea I had.
There would be a set of maybe 20 clues or so. Each clue would lead you to a spot in a St. Paul park and once you found that spot, it would suggest a particular word or phrase. You then enter that answer into a set of number spaces that might look like this (if I can get it to work...)
Which would tell you for one thing that it was a 7 letter word you were looking for in this example. The numbers under each space tell you where to enter that particular letter into a grid. When the grid is filled out, it will spell out a final clue that will lead to the treasure. Odds are you won't need to figure out every single clue. Once you fill out the grid enough, you'll be able to start to guess what the missing letters are and of course you can then work backwards and use letters from the grid to get hints to the answers to the clues.
The hard part about organizing it has mostly been finding the time to go around to a bunch of different parks and pick up one or two clues from each one. Once you have that, you need to spell out a final clue using just the letters you have available from the answers to the individual clues, which is tricky. But if all that can be done, it could be a fun hunt. Everyone would gather at a spot on like a Saturday morning, maybe have some breakfast, and then at say 9am the clues are handed out and people are on their way. Driving to all the different parks could take a while. Maybe people would work in teams. Maybe teams would trade answers. But all in all I can see it being fun and an exciting sort of challenge.
Allison - That sounds terrific. When would you do that? Taking a whole Saturday anytime between now and the Winter Carnival hunt or especially anytime from now until New Years could be tricky for us in this house.
Breezing through for now. I'm taking my Mother out to lunch today.
i just found out my cousin who just got back from 10 years in the navy scored the perfect job. he's working as a tech for chuck e. cheese. his job: make sure all of the games are working properly everyday. the guy gets to spend at least an hour a day getting paid to play video games. i'm so jealous.
Mornin' Ralph
Did someone say work? First time in two weeks for me I don't have to go in for it. In honor of that I'm going to make Ares jealous and play GTAVC.
oh my god. you're gonna play gtavc! you bastard!!! hey, i keep my gamepad in my laptop case. if i had my discs i could play gta3 here at work on my laptop so :P
You guys are twisted
twisted? how so?
big ol' joe!
twisted? how so?
GTA
Whatever happened to wholesome killing games like Doom or Duke Nukem?
those games are so passé, so '90s.
Yeah but you didn't end up in jail or a mental institution from playing the games back then.

have fun, tim.
Hmmm, I'm looking at that house on Tim's avatar and I'm thinking...heavy rains...mudslide...
Probably from my time in Los Angeles where that would actually happen.
Anyone else catch Ian on the news?
Pretty cool but in my opinion they focused too much on the bad aspects of geocaching.
Ian, are geocachers really that bad for the parks?
We caught it. I actually thought it was a well balanced piece. Talked about this new activity and the concerns it brings from those interested in keeping park resources safe. It raised an issue.

Ares - Why would one do that?!?! Wanted to feel jiggly? LOL!!!
The good news is that it won't hurt you. Usually that stuff melts after it gets ingested.
Weeks are weird when you have a day off somewhere along the line. Makes you think the week should be shorter than it is.
why? because i felt like letting the kid in me out :)
Think I'm going to find the sheets and get some good shut-eye. I haven't caught up yet from the weird all-night dreams I had earlier this week - two nights in a row! Felt like I had been working all night when the alarm went off.
