Welcome Becksie... dont worry bout being new to the pre-dig.... Ive been around here for a long time, and only within the past couple years, actually started going to the re-hash bashes, and participated in a couple mock hunts this past summer.... havent been to a pre-dig yet... this will be my first, also....  you may have seen me and a former hunting partner out in the parks in years past... we were the ones wearing clown makeup??? lol.... this will also be the first year without that...

Becksie- I have been a coolerhead for (how long?) and have not been to a PDG. They won't let me go to one. Something about pants, I guess.
I am cleaning my workshop tonight, to acclimate my sleep schedule to one more suited to a whipporwill, or flying squirrel.
I have to make an appearance at work this week, but then IT'S HUNTING SEASON!
The long range forcast is looking at 40 degree temps later next week.
Well I found my vaccum, and if I can figure out how to use it, I will have less sawdust & sheetrock matter in my home.
We sorta need to get our house cleaned up cause come Saturday there won't be ANY cleaning happening in this joint.
Too funny OTS - we have been doing some of that house cleaning around here too, knowing that in a few days, this house will be the last things on our minds.Â
We did manage to get the guest room snapped into shape and got all our hunting clothes laid out and ready. (First things first after all!)
The rest of the house has been dusted, vacuumed and mostly otherwise cleaned. Just need to keep that up now during the week and we're set.

Any one have any problems with Norton and comcast together?? I have to disable my Norton in order to get on the internet :(

It sounded good, but it really slogged my machine.
I ended up yanking it and just installing Norton Antivirus alone.
I've noticed PF being really slow lately. Are you having the same problem with other sites?
I cant get on the internet at all unless I disable it, it's not just the site.
You shouldn't have to disable Norton.
Maybe I should do a scan and see, It just takes so damn long.

LL - Someone I was speaking with at work was having that problem after their son had installed Norton. Check the security settings. He had hers set so high she too, couldn't get an internet connection.
It was the fire wall settings, I set it to low and it works fine now :)

Heh.. i dunno... im not a real good expert at alotta stuff.... i just say "please work??" and give the computer a little pat on the top sometimes, and it usually does the job.Â
