Jake - careful with the $10.00 thing. Treasure.. sold it to us for that. Wasn't sure if everybody got it for that price. I thought retail was $15. Not sure though. Maybe just in the stores
Donna, if it set you back $50, it would be worth it. I'm not even making commission on it either. I think that's why MA press is so irritated this year because those who have that book know a lot more than we used to.
You're right TT about the helpfulness of the book, but the conscious is that PP takes that into account. Many things they end up referring to aren't in the book at all.
OK, amidst all the posturing and bickering, maybe a new line of noodling is in order:
Let's think of the things that haven't been (at least overtly) mentioned in the clues yet. 1. The Airport 2. Water 3. A specific mention of a park (verus a non-park location) 4. Skyline views Anything else??
True with the open-space thing. I guess that's why I preface it with the overt reference heading. I just think anyone interested in noodling needed a turn back in a less counter-productive direction. Airport/open space...I'd ponder that noodle.

Jake - careful with the $10.00 thing. Treasure.. sold it to us for that. Wasn't sure if everybody got it for that price. I thought retail was $15. Not sure though. Maybe just in the stores
I got my Treasure Hunters Guide for $14
If you live close to Conway, you are also close to Eastview. What do you think about that place?
Donna, if it set you back $50, it would be worth it. I'm not even making commission on it either. I think that's why MA press is so irritated this year because those who have that book know a lot more than we used to.

J - they filming today?
Ok I volenteer Jake to be my body Guard=)
Even if it were 20 it would be the best money you could spend
ED - Why wouldn't 'open space' refer to air traffic? Just an idea.
Don't you guys think it would be better to wait for the clue and head out tomorrow because of the 10:00 closing + we're not 100% sure that it's at HF?
Crooks, you will catch on just fine... just surf around to learn what everything does.
Ill be your body guard any time crazyfortreasure50!!!

How I see things for Eastview:
Circular thinking: merry-go-round East and West: East, along with View from previous clue Man of Steel: Harding High School Knights
How do you apply the clues to Battle Creek and Mounds? (Battle Creek would be excellent for me, being in the Highwod Hills Neighborhood)
I went to Harding High School
DH - PP @ 11 then depends on clue

Me too, class of 1997
Cougar who did you hang out with I was class of 96
