I missed that one. They're doing a "where are they now"dimension on the survivor gang after the super bowl. They should do one on all the hunters in July...
i'm back. it's been a while, but i'm back. for all of you (who may or may not still be here) who think the fairgrounds are off limits, you need to read Minnesota Statues section 160.02, subd. 13, which gives the definition of public property (in the event that the fairgrounds are owned by a public corporation defined therein), and section 160.05, subd. 1 which basically states that the roadways on the fairgrounds are fair game regardless of what the state fair police dept. say.
nopers, crazy. this time of year i've got a white ford tempo (it's distinguishable by its umn collegiate plates) and i was at como around noon today. during the "bad" months out of the year i've got a '99 mustang cobra i play with (also distinguishable by its umn plates).
just enter 160.02 or 160.05 as i gave and read for yourself. it's pretty much plain english. lol means laughing out loud it has variations of lmao (laughint my a** off), pmp (peeing my pants), sometimes its prefixed with rof (rolling on floor).
wolffpac, the fairgrounds are off limits by virtue of the fact that they're in falcon heights (at least according to my rand-mcnally). i'm just letting people find some insight into the fairgrounds.
Donna asked for a website to get maps. I found this one to be ok since I'm not very familiar with the parks around here. (I'm a first time hunter this year)

fill it out, take it to town square with 8 or 8.50 for a plate fee, 3.50 for a filing fee, and a 25 dollar or greater donation to the scholarship fund at your college of choice.
i've got a friend from milwaukee. she love my plates to death. i told her she can get them, but the first thing she's got to do is get minnesota plates on her car :)
actually, n-cat, the public property definition is something i only caught because i couldn't remember which section the dedication clause was in.
for the record, i don't have a law degree, i don't want one, mostly because i, like most people, have a very bad impression of them. i'd just as soon read the law for myself and save myself 150 an hour. stepdogg, your sister is excluded from that opinion.

Hey Mushie - Try slogging back a few posts before jumping in. It helps you understand why no one is responding to you.
All agree on the soap thing and few agree on the fairgrounds thing. Except one guy in particular. :)

I almost embarrassed to ask, but has anyone watched Temptation Island? One couple is getting kicked off because they have a kid together.
Nice Ares - I wonder how many feet off of the roads the right-of-way extends since it would need to be in that area then.
does anyone know of a good web site for parks?
The stripper or the dyed hair one?
I have a question. What's with the "lol" I've been seeing on everyone's messages?
HA HA HA Temptation Island!
Ares, I'm a little tired but are you saying the Fairgrounds is now a possibilty? If so, that opens up a new can of worms or a box of Dove Bars!

Mushie: I am not sure. Take it for granted, I brought up the fairgrounds here about 150 posts ago and just about got lynched
Mushie - Hit the 'outline' button on the top
Ares: Where do you go to get the UMN plates, and how much do they cost?

Clue 4 There is a road which ends too soon. Used more often during June. We wish you luck and lots of fun. Hunting treasure by moon or sun
That is from the 1961 medallion hunt at Highland. Doesn't that sound like the "or you will be hunting till June" thing this year?
