Yes, the medallion has been found, but there's still lots to talk about. Feel the need for more than virtual discussion? Then join the Re-Hash Bash, Sunday, Jan. 27, at noon at Merriam Park in St. Paul.
Wabbit
I like Battle Creek. Well, I dont LIKE battle creek, but ..
One aspect of Shakespeare's inventive abilities that makes him such a force in the development of English was his ability to create phrases that stick in the memory and which have become an integral and enduring part of the language. There are dozens in common use which can be traced back to his plays:
KGB, the hill reference is obvious. But seems too obvious for clue 2 with a small park. Could be something that throws people off, like Newell was a few years ago. There are various ways to work your brain, like at a library, at a school, there could be jobs that work your brain, a bookstore.....

There have been some who have mentioned Hillcrest. I think it's not really too narrowed down with this clue. I think it alludes to what the medallion in hidden in, as well as some landmarks within the park or near the park.
I like Battle Creek. Well, I dont LIKE battle creek, but ..
start reading, scribe!
Kill da Wabbit.....
LOL!
Don't have the book anymore!!!!
What are the hilliest parks?
Highland
Hidden Falls
Mounds?
I think it's just saying that the park has hills and might be alluding to the trasure being hidden in something knitted, but that's iffy.
Ares! Clue me!
find it. so far we've got two clues that talk about having something.
I like the knitted head band thing.
The rest of the clue to me says a park with hills...unless you're wasting your time doing that...time to kill?
I dont think they'd try mounds...it got messed up pretty bad last time....
you don't wanna know scribe!
oh ok. we've been talking abotu phalen being the first murder suspect in the state. yada yada yada. its a long gruesome shot.
Find it...not here! Library's closed! Hello!
HIGHLAND PARK ---- FIGHTING HIGHLANDERS ----don't they wear knit argyle skirts?
LOL!

they're kilts. and true scotsmen don't wear anything under them. just a piece of trivia.
I think it's a park with hills. Its saying you can figure out which hill if you think it out, or just check every hill if you have the time.
ooooooh Ares. :)

Well-does that mean that Mears, Capitol Mall and LINWOOD are out? :)
Anyone know Hillcrest relatively well? I think it has great possibility...
DIZZAM! come on, too many big words...remember..ive been drinkin
Nuttin's out yet Me2 cept Harriet island and Como Zoo.....
Last night I was telling DD how much I wanted it to be at Merriam Park. Merriam does have a hill, but not really multiple hills.
KGB, I live near Hillcrest, and I know it fairly well. It's a possibility being there.
Cross county skiing--up and down every hill
It's simplistic but if you have some time to kill what do you do in a park?
Answer:
Take a walk.
TMK, I just like it cause it fits work your brain very well and people kill lots of time in the library.
TMK...and HILLcrest
far fetched Ian, but...Highland Sr. High had an extensive Shakespear group in the drama dept.
Speak for yourself, TeddyK. I am a librarian. and be quiet while you are at it.
what exactly is the meaning of the phrase "knit your brows"?
battle creek has some hills too...and i know people that go rock climbing there, u gotta use your mind and your legs for that, heh, i dunno.
I don't think Linwood is out, it is quite hilly.

is your name TMK? enough of this bickering, it goes nowhere
Librarians have the reputation of being bit knitters. LOL.
I don't knit. Never have, never will.
Work your brain, your legs if you have some time to kill......
Walking Paths!!
TMK, very true...just throwing out ideas, hadn't heard Hillcrest mentioned yet so I thought I would throw it out there
Blah - please don't let it be Highland
not! It has a great steep DROP off one end! LINWOOD that is
a golf course works your brain too...maybe thats leading to highland..its gotta school near it..
cross country ski paths are close
Did I hear the ski jump is no longer at Battle Creek? That was quite high up there.
Did anyone find out Clue 2?
The clue explicitly says "down every hill". The poem would sound better if it said "down the hill"; therefore it might be a park with multiple hills.
