Yes, the medallion has been found, but there's still lots to talk about. Feel the need for more than virtual discussion? Then join the Re-Hash Bash, Sunday, Jan. 27, at noon at Merriam Park in St. Paul.
I went to BC tonight and I don't think they would hide it anywhere near the ski trails with them having a thing going on this weekend there....wouldn't want it to get all tore up before the skiiers get there....also too many woods not enough hills
devil- yeah I guess now that you mention it, the maplewood border is McKnight over there and that would be west (in St. Paul) so I suppose it'a likely that's a st. paul-run part.
I dunno... maybe I'll drive around down there on my way to work tomorrow AM
In clue 3 - I was thinking that Time & Tide could have something to do w/ both the detergents Era (Time) and Tide. Does this mean anything, also OK OK, is there anything that is KOKO (name of an animal at the zoo or something a building, or something? also, "Hey, Hey', what would you say next? "Ha, Ha" - as in Minnehaha!
Langford- find Como and 280- go towards St. Paul. When you get a mile or so down Como, there is a turn to the left, and a church on the right side. Turn off como to the right, next to the church and you'll be on a street that goes down a hill and at the bottom is St. Anthony Park elementary, and Langford. I think. It's been a couple years since I've been there.
Hey,Hey was a famous tag line used by Harry Carey, who was once on air and now in the air(presumably). There is a Carey Heights road off of Mounds Park. Big reach, but at this point anything seems possible
Will not be at Langford. The PP took a bad rap on that one the last time they put it there and then later professed to it being a one time deal for Langford. So do not waste your time
ok, finally got thru the posts, couple corrections: the airport runways are used 4 departures and arrivals based on the wind direction, and an aircraft can also be in & on the air, because of the vortex's caused by the airfoil on the wings. that's 1 part of getting lift 4 flight. I know what I'm talking about, was an air traffic controller for years.
I was alone digging at Langford the night before it was found a few years back and I swear that there was a spotter there that night. It was 3AM by the time I made my rounds checking all the 'old lights' clue from that year and this guy was just parked there all night watching me dig from the same spot which turned out to be right even with where the thing was found in the 'snow ball' pastry. If there's a creepy guy parked there, keep digging..
yeah I do remember Langford getting tore to hell a few years back... so many things to think about.... I'l probably do a little scouting tomorrow but no digging unless I get some brilliant flash of inspiration...
hmm.... I guess I don't go down that way much... I know most all the streets that cross Mounds Blvd by heart but I don't know the east/south side very well...
Yeah - The PP had a lot of parents P.Oed about the Med being at Langford because the school used that park as well and the kids weren't allowed to play there during that last day because of all of the shovels and picks
night ares, night snowmommy, night john boy!
I would definately say we have a new writer!!!!

How do you get to Langford Park?
not going out tonite....tomorrow maybe. lots to work with...but so difficult this year...(might mean its a small park)
In clue 3 - I was thinking that Time & Tide could have something to do w/ both the detergents Era (Time) and Tide. They are definately messing with us great analogy Annie
Annie - One might say 'Good Bye' after Hey, Hey...?
Snowball...right on the money
Oh yeah if you hit Raymond Avenue (stoplight and gas station there), you've gone too far by about a block or 2.
Cluemaster what did you mean by that?
Thanks Snowballs!!
one might also say "gabba gabba" before "hey hey".
this is bad....
the answers are within the text, but its too hard to figure out. not much activity on this board right now..

yeah... "on or in the air" is probably a gimme. if only I could figure out what it meant...
The 'fun & slide' along w/ the 'game to play' reminds me of the game "Shoots & Ladders" (I don't know why!)
Where is Carey Heights road? I lived in lower mounds park for years and I don't remember it.
Langford, Mounds, Dunning, Highalnd, Como, Arlington all fit well so far, need a couple more clues to try and narrow it down

Also, I'm pretty sure that 1 of the gorrillas at como(God forbid) is named Cocoa=koko=ok ok
going somewhere?
What makes you so sure?
hmm.... I guess I don't go down that way much... I know most all the streets that cross Mounds Blvd by heart but I don't know the east/south side very well...

koko....thats right. my aunt took care of that orangeutan at her home until it was 1 year old. I remember playing w. him.
Hey, Hey - could mean Hay, Hay - and the game to play & the next lines - tip - could be backwards for horseshoe pit.
