If you can derive Atlantic St. from the Time and Tide clue, how about Pacific St., which is the first street at the start of Indian Mounds Park, right off 94.

As for the doubles OK, OK & hey, hey, and maybe there being a park & a rec center, how about there being the Indian Mounds Park & Mounds Park rec a few blocks away?

There's a Northwest Como rec center, but it's part of Chelsea Heights Elementary and they wouldn't have people on the playground the same time the kids are out for recess.

Apologies if this has already been mentioned, but Phalen and Como are the only park/rec center mentioned on the City's website as both a park and a rec center. But, Battle is also mentioned in the Rec Center area, and we know that is a regional park.
