Besides, if I found it, I'd try to find someone with a button anyway, even if it didn't mean I got another dime outta the deal, just to spread the wealth a bit :)
Well if you take clue 1 to just say it's hidden, maybe in a park that fits.
Clue #2 says you should be able to see the Capitol Dome. You can do that by looking down Cedar.
Clue #3 could be referring to a skyway or the Radisson hotel.
Clue #4 is most likely talking about a flag and there are tons of flags on the Wabasha St. bridge. The coldest star could be the north star and Minnesota is the north star state, and Minnesota St. runs into Kellog.
Clue #5 Could be a lot of things. Could be the "1" you can see on the bank building. Could be that 2nd and 3rd meet at Kellogg at the point where St. Paul leaps across the river via the Wabasha bridge.
Clue #6 is just saying that it's hidden somewhere out of sight most likely.
So I think it's possible to match all the clues up. Then again, if all the clues match, that can sometimes be a bad sign. And there's still the question of where can it be since no one has managed to find it there yet.
Sounds good to me, I was just thinking if something hit tonight it'd be good to have some extra help is all.. Obviously I don't have anything to offer the other way if you find it, so it'll only work the one way which is fine. If you do happen to find it though, I'd like to see it :) At least I'd get that much satisfaction.
Only parks I'm checkin out before 11 will be my parkway and hayden heights, I don't expect to do much more than that. If luck would be extremely my way and I found it, I'll post a message on here to contact you.
Reg: the Med was found on the 6th clue last year, but the 'Coolers pretty much had the park narrowed down. Not one park is named by the 'Coolers this year on clue 6....
Actually I wouldn't say the Cooler had it narrowed down last year. People were still pretty much all over the place just as they are now. There was a strong and growing Merriam contingent, but it was far from being a consensus.
Personally, I don't think it will be, unless almost blind luck ran the right person to the right spot and they found it, there's just too many variables yet for anything else to work.
I'm not even sure it'll be found with tonight's clue, but I do know alot more people will be out looking tomorrow because A: It's Saturday and lots of people have the day off and B: It's supposed to be a bit warmer out.
My road map says Crestview is in Maplewood. That's still Ramsey Co.
Reg, you got a registered wintere carnival button?
I think it's a Maplewood city Park. Maybe this is the year they 'stick it' to Maplewood.
I could have sworn I saw cRestview in the THG yesterday, but now I see it's actually not in there. I guess I don't know anything about it after all.
I don't think you can see the Capitol dome so clear from Crestview(or the weatherball for that matter..).
My guess is that its gonna be taped underneath a bench... maybe like a bus bench or something.

Unfortunately no Reg, I didn't get one in time. Was thinking if something hits tonight at the PP we could team up
Dammit.. Im ready to go now... Even if it is in Maplewood, and this is just a hunch.
Is the Fair Grounds area considered public property?
No, not anymore. It's private property.
Where the hell is Shaggy?
jazjae its blue and light brown
Does this help?
Shopping Bag
Yep, a Saint Paul grocer invented it. Walter Deubner, in 1916, invented the nation's first commercially produced shopping bag.
well at least share ideas, obviously I suppose if you found it you'd want to claim it, I'm just thinking another person would be an advantage
yah mounds for about an hr. and cherokee for a while
Besides, if I found it, I'd try to find someone with a button anyway, even if it didn't mean I got another dime outta the deal, just to spread the wealth a bit :)
