AW - Lotsa 7-7's my friend. Glad ya got my note. 'Cooler' My back's really killing me. Not as much now tho. ;-) Were you guys out and about? Did you get to read the clue out loud tonight AW? Hope so
oh man,, too many people talking about harriet,, now i gotta get up at dawn and hunt before work,, and then ill just be freaking out at work, while waiting for someone to find it!
I tore Weida park up about 3 nights ago. I overturned everthing, look under everything, kicked up every leaf...yes the clues do look great for Weida...but if it was there, I am thoroughly convinced that I would have found it.
I tore up the town tonight...thought I hit on some great ideas, but of course they did not pan out. I think its great that at clue 7, we are still all fighting about which park it is...it's nice when the clues are well thought out and keep us getting. It sure beats having the clue found at 6 like last year...except for the person who found it, of course. Good night, everyone!
Not trying to buy time at all. I went there 3 nights ago, tore it up for about an hour or more...it's a park about the size of my living room, with not a whole lot in it. I haven't been back to it since that night, because I believe that it's not possibly there. So...definitely not trying to buy time. Giving everyone a heads up, rather.
Just messin' wit ya SM. Thanks - You just saved me a few hours. That was one of my picks for light time tho. I'll give ya a bump of Peppermint Snapps if I C ya out-and-about, so your work doesn't go unrewarded.
Of course we very well might be wasting our time trying to find parks that you can see the Capitol from, since the wording in that clue (if you read it very carefully)actually says that the capitol is not in view.
Thanks, Man! You bring the Schnapps...Ill bring the crockpot of mini-barbecue meatballs. Mmmm...Doesn't that sound good? Weida has a lot going for it, but unless they lifted the entire park up from the earth, stuck the medallion on the ground and dropped the park on top of it, then I am pretty sure that its not there. Take care and good night
Dont have my clues next to me this second and too tired to go across the room to get them, going to bed now. But the English is strange and very tricky in clue #1. Yes, that one sentence says something about Capitol Dome seen clearly, but read very slowly how the whole clue is worded and it turns around to say that the Capitol Dome is not necessarily and in fact more than likely not in view. Such as to find a place where the Capitol is in view, then move at least a little ways away from that until you can't see it anymore. Trust me...it's in there. Ok...goodnight. I mean it this time.
