Matty B\'s is the home of the Cooler Crew. We\'ve got a party going on every evening from 8 until the clue is released. Sunday night, if the hunt goes that long, the bar will be open but food will not be available.
Recent Clues:
Clue #1 Congrats to the finder, to all a reminder
To hunt hard from first to last clues
Medallion I is history. Now a new mystery
Begins -- strap on your hunting shoes
To some its demented, for all unprecedented
But hunters’ thirst must be quenched
Tell sister and brother we’ve hidden another
In a park where a body can be benched
Our 2nd prize? Don’t laugh -- 10-thou cut in half
So get out there even if it’s snowy
And as a special bonus -- some might say an onus --
A meal with our own Clueless Joey
Good hunting to you, let this be the first clue
Think of a woodsy retreat
It won’t be so hard if you channel the bard
You’ll get warm and smell pretty sweet

SONNET 2
When forty winters shall beseige thy brow,
And dig deep trenches in thy beauty's field,
Thy youth's proud livery, so gazed on now,
Will be a tatter'd weed, of small worth held:
Then being ask'd where all thy beauty lies,
Where all the treasure of thy lusty days,
To say, within thine own deep-sunken eyes,
Were an all-eating shame and thriftless praise.
How much more praise deserved thy beauty's use,
If thou couldst answer 'This fair child of mine
Shall sum my count and make my old excuse,'
Proving his beauty by succession thine!
This were to be new made when thou art old,
And see thy blood warm when thou feel'st it cold.
ask around. Usually people are willing to help if you ask. If you don't, odds are they won't.
"Safe! Safe at third! HOLY COW, I think he's gonna make it!
"STOP RIGHT THERE!"
Paradise By The Dashboard Light, Meatloaf
I'll mull the clues all day see you all this afternoon. no computer access at work. :frown:
no mention of St Paul, water, high or low, hiking, ...
could fit any park with a ball field,
I am of to dig, hope to see you in the paeks. I will be mostly at como and central, will do quick check at flora and marthalar, indiam mounds if I have time
I don't want to be at work right now, I want to be out hunting!
I saw a posting on the PP board that there are extra porta potties there ready to go.
How well do the clues fit there?
To whom it may concern:
TMK must leave work early today because we are afraid his communicable disease might spread to all the other workers, that just wouldnt' be right so please let TMK leave right now he will be back in sometime next week.
Mommy
Unfortunately, that means I dont' know very much about that park.
Haven't other parks in the past gotten extra porta-potties in for the hunt?
He freaks me out too but he's Mr. Avatar Man this time of year. KT's avatar freaks me out even more.
I need to find my Mr. Snow Miser avatar again.
At least Rice and Mears are ruled out anyway.
Ares - you do a nice job keeping the site updated and I know you've done lots of work to get all the information together and in good format.
Thanks!

Channelled bards six was from Sunday and now believe ittiz what The Med's hidden in.
Lined up bards, woodsy retreat, panes, and wild and tame near Sultans of Swat.
I am not $5,000 richer.
Yet.
Yes, Ares! THANKS for keeping the faith going!
Checked out another place where Court, brothers, and Bard come into play, but I think not enuff land and too much water. Tho Greg thinks I'm on to something.
Row, row, row,your boat
Gently down the stream
Merrily, merrily, merrily, merrily
Life is but a dream
A park with a stream
Or
Did you ever see a lassie, a lassie a lassie
Did you ever see a lassie go this way or that
Go this way or that way, go this way or that way
Did you ever see a lassie go this way or that
The last one reminds me of hunters and lassie is a Scottish term for a girl and Robert Burns is Scotland's national bard. :pbpt:
Or
Meet new friends, and keep the old
One is silver and the other gold
There's that Quaker reference again from Hunt I
Just kidding. Unless I'm right. Then I'm brilliant. :goofy:
People prolly think I found the Med the way I "peeled" outta the park. Didn't think I'd make it to SA in time!
COULD THIS BE A COURT OR A BALLFIELD THAT IS NORMALLY OVERGROWN WITH WEEDS????
Where swatters of orbs are beckoned
While there are a lot of sports where you might swat a ball, it seems to me baseball is the only one where you would then go round and be beckoned somewhere.
This cluewriter is definitely a "vagueabond"!
One of which was Ruth...
That's what some of the guys told me when I started...
Wait a minute.
It was a joke, wasn't it?
:worried:
