when is your first official day over there and last where you are?
1st official day was kinda today but 1st day alone will be the 8th and last here is the 5th.
when can I get a tour??
Lemme feel it out first. I went up to the top floor today. Damn! Nice fricken view. Even their vacancies are elegant. I assume it's because it's up for sale. I guess Ziggy had a walk through the other day and is thinking on buying it. Or part of a group buying it anyway.
It also sounds like the final touches are being completed on a deal with Hines to be part of the construction of the largest multiuse building this side of NYC. A 56 story residential/commercial/retail complex in the middle of downtown. Bigger than the one currently going up along the river.
I have no cable tv
I have enough on my DVR to last 3 days before I'd notice that cable was down.
I got a call today from a really good friend of mine. He is buying a condo downtown on the 18th floor with a view my way. He is possibly moving into the place I have always wanted to live. I am absolutely thrilled for him... His life is right on course.
It's a proposed building. Not my building. And I'm sure once it's signed off on there will be plenty of advertising to buy up the units. I'm assuming upper level stuff though.
You're not the CEO of your own company? If I owned my company I would make sure I wasn't pigenholed into such a specialized field like Procedural Structural Divisional Proportional Technical Assets.
If I owned this place (well technically I did own a small portion of the company when it was employee owned, but we were overlorded by the president, he basically made all the decisions) I'd make some BIG changes.
nice pic CM. Sounds to me like a fun job, even with havin to be a suit.
Went to the place my work is moving to today, my hopes were up a little bit. We're up on the 6th floor of the premier bank building in Columbia Heights (Ian you should know where this is). It's a cool view up there, however the president decided the computer equipment (and my office) should go in the only corner withOUT a window.
Thanks TV, Timmers, tates & KC. It helps a little that I can fake someone with money anyway.
Hey Nick - It happens right before your eyes. I still have that same anti-drive deep inside of me but you eventually polish the outside so you can roll along a bit smoother. You never get rid of those old feelings though. Always stay true to yourself. Even if it does show like you changed on the outside.
Glad to see some things are looking up KC. Even if it ain't a office with a window. :frown:
just make sure you cover your back... and the area just south of it.
He's super sarcastic and not very good at it. I'll give him more time but I feel as if I have him summed up pretty well all within an hour meeting.
1st Day of transition today.
That would get me real far
The first time when I was washing my hands with your fine anti-bacterial soap. (not too drying might I add)
The second time when I saw the EcoLab truck in an accident infront of the hospital with a blue hair driving a car that was bigger than most ski boats.
sounds like I don't have cable at home :frown:
which means no internet :frown:
grrrrr
I called to pay my bill and got the busy signal right off the bat - so I knew we wernt the only ones
Vino, glad you enjoy our products so much!
Spose they'll take one day off our bill?
 :eyeroll: HAHAHAHAHA!

Being too lazy to slog them.

Wicked Nick inc.
I'm the Presidential Executive Financial Operating Manager of Associated Internal Procedural Structural Divisional Proportional Technical Assets.
Basically I just run the place... and make sure theres lots of coffee, its a pretty important job.
Units cost between $270,000 and $3.5 million
Not being able 2 tell CM about this in time for him to go....
ha
I don't think they cancelled it. They just plain forgot they were having it is all.
"It's pretty short. We're pretty lazy about these kinda things,"
HA

It doesnt get any better than that.
Nick, I like your position... but man!, I need an assistant to get my coffee!
glad we didn't plan on going
$(^&($$)!! hospitals.
the only thing they're good for is hitting on hot nurses.
morphine
who died???
man...that photo scared me...he looks pimpin'
he cleans up good...
HAHA!
Answer: My dignity and ability to stick it to the man :frown:
That picture scares me. In my 20's I always said that I'd never wear a suit to work in some highrise building downtown.
Then that John Mellencamp tune came along and helped me change my mind a bit.
Now I just have to save enough $ to vacation down in the Gulf of Mexico.
That phrase scares me.... its what I say, right now.
Where's the top hat and cane?
