one that is xx xx.xxx (first is 4)

other is yy yy.yyy(first is 9) or yyy yy.yyy (first is zero, second is 9)

I wish I had time to puzzle this one out today, but I am so busy :-(
It looks very familiar to me.

I think it is based on a old cipher techinque my friends and I used in junior high school when we wrote notes back and forth -- It is based on a tic-tac-toe board. It is the colors that has me off, we used different placement of dots, but this one has the marker in the same general area for all the pieces. (make sense?)
So......Theoretically it will be three boards if the colors come into play.
I'll have to play around with which is which.

Of course I may be WAY off on this.... it is just a guess!!!

Okay I did figure one thing out.

starting at the upper left hand corner, count 5 chevrons (symbols) to the right, then another five, notice the 5 repeat twice. Assuming these are coordinates, it's most likely this in the north coordinate, and the two groups of five that are alike would be 44, I haven't figured the rest out yet, but it's a good start I'm thinkin.

2nd line does the same thing..but 1-6 then repeats next 6 again...

Hmm.. good point... also seems to work if you start at the 2nd from the left on over...

new coordinates for spectrum, this is a freebie hint I'm thinking.

After an hour of scribbling around on a sheet of paper with the puzzle printed on it, I solved it. A little hint for those looking to still solve it, I was right about the first 5 characters repeating being the 44 north coordinates.

almost looks like a plat map :)

or that game where you make a box and put your initials in it-most boxes filled wins.

I have done this game when I was a kid-but I am not qualified enough to figure out coordinates out of this.

Good LUCK!

Ehh it's simple now that I look at it.

All coordinates in the area start with either a 44 or a 45 (for the north degree) and the west coordinates will start with a 92 or 93.

Example being written this way

N 44 55.555

W 93 11.111
