You need to go to the comcast webpage and then to manage your account. There's some options around filtering spam. You can choose to have it filter for spam, you can have the spam go to a local folder or deleted immediately. It's the screened mail folder that holds that spam for a couple of days.

Well, the supposedly just changed it but when I just went there, it was back to the old set-up. So, this is how it currently works.
Go to www.comcast.net, login to webmail, then click on folders, there will be a folder called "Screened mail". That's where spam is filtered to.

Nope, it will automatically be deleted after so much time has gone by.

hmmmm, all I have is my in box, trash, sent mail and the 2 I created for us to put the ones we want to keep, nothing that say's screened mail.

I think you have to set up the spam screener first before you get the screened mail box.
