I can see when power goes out anywhere in the city. Thats one of the cool things about this job :) I know before the power company knows most of the time.
Thats pretty fun OTS ...so, your sitting there watching a grid? hoping someone gets into an accident so you can watch part of the lights go out on the grid just so you can say the lights went out on your shift. you know I am kidding.
I thought a fun job was the guys who get to sit all day and watch traffic on those cameras mounted above highways and buildings. I talked to one once who followed me and another guy (he was swerving and had a medical problem I guess) on multiple cameras while we drove south from St Paul to Apple Valley. He could watch the traffic and say "is he in front of that UPS truck?" "are you close to catching up with the school bus, Do you see the School Bus up ahead of you now".
Still sounds like conjecture to me! Wheres the beef!?
Ihave run both Macfee and Norton
Might be your problem right there. They don't like each other! (in my experience)
windows ME on the other (ME is the one with troubles)
I have ME also and it just seems to freeze once in while. I just leave for a minute and when my clock changes it's alright and goes back to normal. Seems to freeze with the windows clock.
Sorry, I was catching up in another thread- I love New Daddys idea that just because the squirrels are fatter than usual that there will be a lot of snow coming soon hahaha
Maybe they are fatter BECAUSE there is no snow and they find more food! I think it's the COLOR you need to watch, not the weight.
I remember meeting OTS last year at the PDG. He was real quite and shy. Nothing like he is online! He did loosen up a bit at the RHB.
I didn't actually meet OT untill AW's hunt. And she was right all along! We were on the wrong side of the lake! She's now my mentor. I will always listen to HER!
Good thing it wasn't out at our house because our garage door wouldn't have gone up and I'd have been locked out when I just got home at 4 AM. I would have made some sleeping people very angry.
3M- trent knows stuff cuz he talks to ma press a lot, but can't really come out and say it all the time. suffice to say that he is accurate.
That may be correct sir, but I don't buy it! I know who he is , but that don't mean nothing to ma press. No facts=conjecture. If you know more step up to the plate! If not- I'll file in the circular bin (ie File 13)
Well considering he's the one they entrust to throw it into an area thats already been thoroughly searched at 4 AM after the 12th clue, he probably already has the damn thing. I'd love him to come up with some facts too (i.e. show it to us), but that would ruin the conspiracy theory (because it wouldn't be a theory anymore).

Theory? I was asking for fact! I didn't see him last year at phalen at 4am. I did see CM with his screen thing though!

Took out a pole... so I'm assuming it was pretty bad. Small car....
They just got home about 10 minutes ago and said things were fine with them. Cooler. It sounds like somebody's paying a toll though.
