Most people don't read the first clue more than once, so the cluewriter wouldn't really do anything too clever with it. If they ever gave anything away in the first clue, it would have to be placed with the idea that nobody figures it out. The cant run any other risk.

I agree that it is early...BUT, the writer most likely wants to avoid the mass of diggers last year on the final night--and therefore may be more revealing earlier in the game. Just curious if anyone has proposed a connection to a story/fairy-tale. Noodling.

1st clue to me says in a park. Scoot just rhymes with loot. 1st clue usually has a verb stuck, hide, placed, put, stick it. so i can't read anything into stuck. "old curmudgeon" is a term that has bben used to describe newspaper journalists. kind of like calling an old writer an old hack.

here is the thing I dont get and if someone can explain it I will be forever gratefull. The Medallionators want to disrupt things....why? what is the harm in letting people have fun without Drama. What is the purpose of creating 16 screennames to come on a board that you hate filled with people you cant stand. It makes no sense. I can not find the logic so if there is an explanation please fill me in cause i am lost!

They can send the same email to 100 people and would get 100 different responses. If Dawg was offended then the joke is no longer funny.  Whatever the response if we agree or not was warrented by how they felt by an unsolicited comment. I understand the attention thing. My boys teach me about that every day. I also understand about adult drama. This just doesnt fit that. I am sure that if people are getting offended one of those 100 responses are going to end very badly. Why would anyone want that.Â
