It's time for the Medallion Hunt! The first clue will appear on PioneerPlanet just after midnight Saturday, Jan. 22. Come back here to compare notes with other treasure seekers, but be certain you read the rules on the Planet's Winter Carnival page.
Mr. Know It All
yo wuz up "G" the medallion is at conway. (1) in park in St.Paul. (2) conway has a little sliding hill. (3) for the doors because they are numbered. (4) it hasen't been
at conway and it says study the past. (5) if your yearning for learning where do you go? the libray. (6) man of fame is conway. (7) the qlue quite clear is number 5.
(8) whats round and white and raped real tight? hockey tape. (9) red= 3M sign and water= tower
hey ding dong what is the popular outdoor activity there any ideas , cause taste of minnesota is at the capitol pretty popular and its not a sport its an activity
The water tower is to the *east*, not the north, of Conway.
And the 3M logo that is seen from Conway is not on the front of the building - which faces south/94 - but is on the *west* side. There is more than just one 3M
If you are at Conway tonight look for me...I am a big ogre type person...I will get more specific later...I want to meet up with some people just to see who I am
Gee, I sure hope the white and stretched quite right doesn't mean it will be found in another diaper? I found a dirty one once--e-gads!! Hey Mushie, caramel rolls
sound great! And I like the way you plan to spend the dough, Beanie Buddy!
I think it is in a location where you can see one of the peaks, The red 3M sign and the 3M Watertower. I thought about somewhere near the watertower down the
sliding hill by Wilson St., but Apartments on Wilson St. block the view of the peaks from the bottom of the hill.
Okay, the 459 thing, there are a couple things it may be, I guess highway 94 and highway 5 (Minnehaha Ave.- I am told, but don't know personally) are north and
south of Conway. Other option, trees lined up on Wilson and Ruth- count them, 9 on one side, 5 on the other, all point to the backstop #4 at Conway! But no luck
actually, I'm not a regular - last night was the first time I've been here, but it's kinda fun! I'm not much help in the clue department, but it's fun to see everyones ideas.
It is at Midway Stadium. "Why do you say"... 954 everyone thinks the obvious "some address number" Midway Stadium Telephone number to order Saints tickets
is #644-6659.....954 there is your numbers backwards don't rule out the Stadium just yet....
The clue about "the past" I think just had to do with the "Heritage Estates" the apartment bldgs across the street from conway. I work at 3M and was over there
during my "extended" lunch. Lots of people digging today...but all seem to have different areas they are looking at. That 9-5-4 thing really has me bugged except
Conway rec center has a phone number with a 9-5-4 in it.
Hey MORON, if you are so totally right then what are you doing here? You should have your grubby little hands on the medallion by now, shouldn't you? Oops,

Dingdong has the Medallion, he is just watching us squirm.
And Dingdong, what about yearning for learning? Is that just the library?

atop Bldg. 220.
3M stands for Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing.
Digby... the round and white clue surely describes what the medallion is hiddin IN.... :))
dingdong, can you explain how the #s 9,5,&4 fit into conway park????
If you are at Conway tonight look for me...I am a big ogre type person...I will get more specific later...I want to meet up with some people just to see who I am
talking too...I think it would be interesting
ok then...what's the translucent peak?
(Deleted item originally posted by Sandberg on 08:09pm Feb 1, 1999 CST)
It's in Conway, have we all agreed on that, or does anyone think otherwise and can justify their answers?
Tonight should be the night the clue somehow states what park the medallion is at. I'll be heading to Conway shortly after 11:30
hey freshman, how are ya? I was counting on you to find this thing today!!
just wondering... it says peak, not peaks, so maybe just one of those two peaks have to be in view.
LOL Medallion
Translucent peaks= Sun Ray mall.
HINT: Mr Know It All does not know it all...that one was free!
Anita, the name is "useful" in finding the medallion.
It's in Conway, have we all agreed on that, or does anyone think otherwise and can justify their answers?
thanks green :)

what color of jacket ding dong i have a bright orange shovel with a flashlight duck taped to it
hey ouchie...I'm a regular here, and it looks like you are too. how's it going?
thanks green :)
Hey Lu Hunt... maybe John can dig while we eat and sip! Haha!
Where is Mr. Know It All this year???????????????
Hey digby, think I saw you dign at 1st base yesterday.
ATTENTION ALL YOU HUNTERS THERE IS SOME GUY IN A BLUE CAR , RED FENDER AND REDDRIVER DOOR DRIVING AROUND
CONWAY PARK SHOWING A ROUND OBJECT OUT HIS WINDOW TRYING TO MAKE EVERYONE THINK HE'S GOT IT . AFEW PEOPLE
THREW DOWN THEIR SHOVELS AND SUCH THINKING IT WAS OVER SO ALL BE ON THE LOOK OUT FOR THIS UNTRUSTING SOUL AND
IF YOU GET CLOSE ENOUGH GIVE HIM A WHITE WASH FOR ME AND ALL THE OTHERS WHO HAD THEIR HEARTS FALL TO THEIR
FEET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The man of fame could be Henry Hudson. Hudson Road is very near Conway Park, and Hudson map books (tomes) are very useful.
I think it is in a location where you can see one of the peaks, The red 3M sign and the 3M Watertower. I thought about somewhere near the watertower down the

for me so far-- OBVIOUSLY!
c i wasnt our but should be tonight
Hey MORON if Ruth is the name of a street by the park then I would say that Babe Ruth is a pretty friggin useful name considering the fact that the
point of the clues is to point us to the proper park. If a tome is some type of book I don't know how you can say that Babe Ruth's name is not in many
books??? Plus I believe that game and home are two baseball references.
actually, I'm not a regular - last night was the first time I've been here, but it's kinda fun! I'm not much help in the clue department, but it's fun to see everyones ideas.
Sorry some times I get carried away.
Conway is packed...
Dingdong, you are so totally right about Babe Ruth! Don't worry!
It is at Midway Stadium. "Why do you say"... 954 everyone thinks the obvious "some address number" Midway Stadium Telephone number to order Saints tickets
is #644-6659.....954 there is your numbers backwards don't rule out the Stadium just yet....
ouchie-oh, me too. I'm just starting to be a regular, I guess :-)
Does anyone in here ever chat with Vicki Kasal...she is in here a lot...she is my fiancee...she is medallion crazy.
no popular outdoor activitie this is getting me
And clues 3,6 & 9 have the words out in them...that is 3 OUTs as in baseball.. I really think it is hidden in a baseball... :)
I've talked to vicki k, she said she'd IM me and never did
I'm starting to wonder whether or not it is at Conway. You'd think it would be found by now with all of those people there.
isn't midway stadium privately owned and off limits?
The clue about "the past" I think just had to do with the "Heritage Estates" the apartment bldgs across the street from conway. I work at 3M and was over there
during my "extended" lunch. Lots of people digging today...but all seem to have different areas they are looking at. That 9-5-4 thing really has me bugged except

D Home....duh...I think it is at Target Center...or maybe the metrodome...explain clue number 1 to me and how that fits a stadium.
Any thoughts on Midway Stadium??????
outdoor activities digby... at Conway... is that what you want to know?
I tought the baseball thing too, maybe a softball, I don't quite know the size of the medallion.
Hey MORON, if you are so totally right then what are you doing here? You should have your grubby little hands on the medallion by now, shouldn't you? Oops,
sorry, get carried away sometimes you know...
