hey ding dong what is the popular outdoor activity there any ideas , cause taste of minnesota is at the capitol pretty popular and its not a sport its an activity

The water tower is to the *east*, not the north, of Conway.

And the 3M logo that is seen from Conway is not on the front of the building - which faces south/94 - but is on the *west* side. There is more than just one 3M

atop Bldg. 220.

3M stands for Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing.

It's in Conway, have we all agreed on that, or does anyone think otherwise and can justify their answers?

Tonight should be the night the clue somehow states what park the medallion is at. I'll be heading to Conway shortly after 11:30

CONWAY PARK SHOWING A ROUND OBJECT OUT HIS WINDOW TRYING TO MAKE EVERYONE THINK HE'S GOT IT . AFEW PEOPLE

THREW DOWN THEIR SHOVELS AND SUCH THINKING IT WAS OVER SO ALL BE ON THE LOOK OUT FOR THIS UNTRUSTING SOUL AND

IF YOU GET CLOSE ENOUGH GIVE HIM A WHITE WASH FOR ME AND ALL THE OTHERS WHO HAD THEIR HEARTS FALL TO THEIR

FEET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The man of fame could be Henry Hudson. Hudson Road is very near Conway Park, and Hudson map books (tomes) are very useful.

I think it is in a location where you can see one of the peaks, The red 3M sign and the 3M Watertower. I thought about somewhere near the watertower down the

sliding hill by Wilson St., but Apartments on Wilson St. block the view of the peaks from the bottom of the hill.

Okay, the 459 thing, there are a couple things it may be, I guess highway 94 and highway 5 (Minnehaha Ave.- I am told, but don't know personally) are north and

south of Conway. Other option, trees lined up on Wilson and Ruth- count them, 9 on one side, 5 on the other, all point to the backstop #4 at Conway! But no luck

for me so far-- OBVIOUSLY!

Hey MORON if Ruth is the name of a street by the park then I would say that Babe Ruth is a pretty friggin useful name considering the fact that the

point of the clues is to point us to the proper park. If a tome is some type of book I don't know how you can say that Babe Ruth's name is not in many

books??? Plus I believe that game and home are two baseball references.

actually, I'm not a regular - last night was the first time I've been here, but it's kinda fun! I'm not much help in the clue department, but it's fun to see everyones ideas.

It is at Midway Stadium. "Why do you say"... 954 everyone thinks the obvious "some address number" Midway Stadium Telephone number to order Saints tickets

is #644-6659.....954 there is your numbers backwards don't rule out the Stadium just yet....

I'm starting to wonder whether or not it is at Conway. You'd think it would be found by now with all of those people there.

Mon, 02/01/1999 - 8:19 PM Permalink

isn't midway stadium privately owned and off limits?

Mon, 02/01/1999 - 8:19 PM Permalink

The clue about "the past" I think just had to do with the "Heritage Estates" the apartment bldgs across the street from conway. I work at 3M and was over there

during my "extended" lunch. Lots of people digging today...but all seem to have different areas they are looking at. That 9-5-4 thing really has me bugged except

Conway rec center has a phone number with a 9-5-4 in it.

Mon, 02/01/1999 - 8:19 PM Permalink
Dingdong Didillydias

D Home....duh...I think it is at Target Center...or maybe the metrodome...explain clue number 1 to me and how that fits a stadium.

Any thoughts on Midway Stadium??????

Hey MORON, if you are so totally right then what are you doing here? You should have your grubby little hands on the medallion by now, shouldn't you? Oops,

sorry, get carried away sometimes you know...
