It's time for the Medallion Hunt! The first clue will appear on PioneerPlanet just after midnight Saturday, Jan. 22. Come back here to compare notes with other treasure seekers, but be certain you read the rules on the Planet's Winter Carnival page.
Ashlee- I have to disagree with you. If you decipher the clues correctly, you still on have 1 in a 10,000 chance in finding the damn thing cause so many other people
are out there, and there's a lot of dumb luck involved

Look, if folks don't shut their yappers, I'll NEVER get outta here! LOL!!!
Stallion, neat idea!!! Don't think we could make it a sanctioned event, but sounds like something The Crew would do on their own!!! We're a crazy and motely
group!!!
Hay, Dave! Got your e-mail; dinged you bock! Will see you at The Second Annual Re-Hash Bash... PTBD... Don't see how we can do coffee out in Twitty Tim
w/no outlets.
BUT WORRY NOT!!! COOLERHEADS PREVAIL and we're on top o'things!!! We'll noodle someplace before Sunday!
Stallion, Jackie, why not join us at The SA Re-Hash Bash?????
time that was chosen last year. Anyway, I attempt to nutshell the Conway camp there so we don't have to go over it so much here. It's there folks. If it's not, I'll sing
Leo Sayer songs while I dig next year. (Gulp, it better be there.)
You don't have to have a button to be a true digger. It might mean you are too lazy or dumb to register the thing after you buy it (like me) Did anyone where the "you

Just got back from Conway. There is a couple of hundred people there right now. Its just a matter of time. The place looks like a white desert... all kinds of snow

Hi Greg! I'm glad you made it home safely! Wish you could have stayed for the whole thing!
I tried to get some vacation time this week, but its not looking too promising. It is so difficult to be sitting at work on the other side of the world, knowing that
everyone is out there hunting.
Greg, thanks for all your hard work on the web site - the info got much much use this year! (Someday your name will be in a medallion hunt clue, about a man of
fame, whose useful information can be found on many a website!)
Stallion... I'M SHOCKED AND APPALLED YOU GOTTA ASK!!! 11:30 a.m., natch!
(Gee! And that even rhymes!!!)
E-mail me if you're comin'. Also, if you're gonna bring anything. Last year one made "Sloppy Joe Medallions" (DON'TCHA LOVE IT!!!). I brought corn/cob and
24 (yes, the story is TRUE. I cannot tell a lie [sigh] ) lbs o'tater salad... One person made a cake in the shape of a Water Cooler; we had coffee, soda, milk,
brauts... It was a BLAST. We all went over and over and over the clues. Many a Digger was REALLY honked off about that stupid Annapolis clue, let me tell
you!!! That was when The Cooler Crew was born - outta folks just like us all here! Just Diggers!
Good evening GSAX i hope the car ride home did not suck. See if you can figure out the location in conway because that is my destination after i drop off gabby
monkee love: Shouldn't you be out digging in my place? Try to contact Sean E. and the Gypsy if it's not found by tomorrow post-work (Sorry to others - this was
fastest place to post msg).
others: If you're not convinced it's at Conway, just go out there and take a gander. The "vibe" you've been missing at Highland, Newell, the Capitol, Kellogg, and
anywhere else you might've scouted will catch your attention and you'll certainly start digging somewhere. Even if you don't find it, the scene is memorable enough to
get you to next year. There's nothing like knowing you were at the right park (except the obvious).
This med hunt is a love/hate thing with me. Love the hunt...hate the frustration....love being out in the field at night with all the lights and shovels....hate not knowing
Greggy!!! So glad you came hoofing it up to MJ and me and I got to meet you!!! I was really disappointed about yesterday...
Monkey, our "You Dig" buttons are the pride and joys of those o'us that attended The Re-Hash Bash last year. I *think* Mr. Sax is working on some for this year...
At least I *hope* he izz. If not, I'm gonna kill him!!!
Jackie, get prepared to say, "Adios" to life as you knew it!!! The aliens have sucked out your brain, and replaced it with the brain of a Digger. You're sunk, honey!!!
You WILL be bock next year!!!
Four weeks before this year's Hunt, I got Ter's drawers all in knots I was so xcited and noodling clues... Kept badgering her with questions and "what if's"!!! That
woman's not gotten a decent nite's sleep since the end o'December!!! ROFLOLPMP!!!
I can't believe I left the park where the medallion is at just hours before it will be found! I thought it would have to be in some obsure place, instead of just in the
snow. But there's not much obscure places around there.
Green - The new ones are already in the works....in fact some of us already have one. Need to get more done though...almost out. Like one or two left? Greg is
Stallion: I know what you mean. I picture that poor, cold, lonely little medallion buried out there in the snow and ice, just longing to be freed from its little cold bed;
to be held in someone's warm hands, to be slipped into a pocket and safely zippered in for the journey back to Mom Press. Oh, if that little blue hockey puck could
only talk! Heck, if it could only *scream*!!! Maybe then we could find that elusive little bugger.
G check out your fridge. I knew it was at conway as soon as I drove up. May the med-gods allow it to not be found tonight. I just need the opportunity.
Why does everybody think it's conway??
Joe, are you that stubborn? Where do YOU think it is?
That is called gambling and the last time I checked that out it is only legal in vegas or at the indian casinos......
Say it ain't so Joe!

D-home. Not sure if you could concider that gambling. Is it any different than fantasy football? That's not illegal.
Yeah, and my $5,000 can pay for the party (yes, I have no registered button)
GREEN - I'll probably be there since I've met very few of the coolerheads so far. It's this sunday? What time?
Conway is located between Interstate 94 and Highway 5....isn't it?
TRUE HUNTERS HAVE BUTTONS
I didn't start hunting until I realized it's across the street from my frickin apartment! I live on Wilson across from the library!
GOLD - Dont' you ever get sick of insulting people?
Green: There's no electricity (for coffee pots) at Conway? What did the folks there say when you asked about having the rehash bash there?
NO LITTLE STALLION I DONT-YOU DONT HAVE A BUTTON EITHER
It's at Conway. Read all about it at http://www.coolercrew.com/medallion/med_99.html around 10:30 a.m. We're only given one update time per day and that's the
time that was chosen last year. Anyway, I attempt to nutshell the Conway camp there so we don't have to go over it so much here. It's there folks. If it's not, I'll sing
Leo Sayer songs while I dig next year. (Gulp, it better be there.)
moosehead thinks its under the tall wood by the furry bush
I have never hunted for the medallion before and if I don't find it, I probably won't have any ambition to do it again! It's too frustrating!
You don't have to have a button to be a true digger. It might mean you are too lazy or dumb to register the thing after you buy it (like me) Did anyone where the "you
dig" buttons my friend designed?

Let's knock off the insults.
I REST MY CASE

pretty large area.

Plus, I guess if you were such a true hunter you'd have the medallion already huh? But you're on your butt on the computer- hmmmmmmmmmm.
I've never done this stuff before...I love it!
GOLD - WHEN I SEE YOU, FIRST I'LL SHOVE MY BUTTON DOWN YOUR SORE THROAT, THEN I'LL TAUNT YOU WITH MY NEWLY
FOUND MEDALLION, WHICH THEY WILL NEXT YEAR MOST HUMBLY HONOR AS "MEDSTALLION"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hey Greg!!!
I'm wearing both my buttons, monkeylove. This year's and last's.
Good evening GSAX i hope the car ride home did not suck. See if you can figure out the location in conway because that is my destination after i drop off gabby

I'm sure it will be gone by 11am
