I can't give my number out because I don't even know it! :) I suppose I could call my home phone and get it off of my Caller ID. But it only cost me $5 a month, so I hang on to it for emergencies. So far I haven't needed it, knock on wood.
Yeah so far I don't have a pressing need for one, so I don't get it. Now that I got a radio, I should be set as far as emergency calling (and really getting the clues at 12:05 am wouldn't help me too much, besides, ya need someone else to call ya with it anyway).
I know a better way on finding the right place to dig at 12:05. Find me in the park and drive to the other side and start digging. It works almost all the time. No cell phone needed.

I've never used anything but air signals to download anything. Once you agree to pay your $1.50 or whatever, they send a signal to your phone and you instantly have a new ringtone. That's how they make so much money on them. They make it too easy. You can sample them on-line first but you always have the disillusion of how cool you could sound it the theme from the Sopranos or the Flintstones would sound in a bar on your phone. Which never happens of course. ;-)
