I was sitting here listing this on PF, editing the travel bug page, looking at mucluck's fundraising headquarters, and I hear a knock on the door.

The * is the "Star of Boreas"

All TB's were sent out unarmed. At some point, they were given the mission of returning to The Armory to pick up their "weapons"

When that mission was completed, the * was added to the name.

A few of the most recent TB's started with their weapons and gained the * immediately.
