I think 6 years is the shortest amount of time a park has been used twice. If that continues to hold true (and I suspect it will) you can rule out Conway, Cherokee, Como, Harriet Island, and Battle Creek.
Thanks Terry! Well whenever I put my mind to something, I never do it at less than 100%, and I have put my mind to this, and not necessarily by choice. If I see you out, I will have to show you some of my homemade resources.
Hi, sorry I missed prehash bash it sounds like it was a lot of fun. I was out diggin today phalen, linwood, hillcrest didn't see many others with shovels. Mostly drive buys....
For those of you who don't know...and Jake - I would bet you already know....Maureen and her brother are the ones that found the medallion at Cherokee a couple years ago.
Heh, my gut feeling is there will be 10-15 parks argued vehemently by various people, that there will be hundreds of false "found medallion" reports, many a tool to help with the digging, and much praying to the medallion/cooler gods...
Set your own pace and it could make you an ace If your grasp of these clues is astute So get yourself out and into the chase And you just might win all the loot
Ace Box Bar now is Dubliner @ Vandalia and University--all parks are on opposite side of I-94 (south side) and asking people to remember that a bar had a different name 2 years ago is a bit much...Nice thought, but a reach, I think. Not real close to Newell either. Vandalia, Transfer, Prior as you head East...Newell on Prior 2 blocks N of University--not close.....
Maureen!!!!!! I was hoping you would have shown up before the bash last night! How are you? Any early gut feelings?

Just getting back in the swing of things. I will be ready to have fun!
Has anyone studied the clue trends enough to know what the second clue might possibly reveal??
Too early to dig yet.......by the end of the week we are all gonna be goin on adrenaline alone.......and lots of caffine!
For those of you who don't know...and Jake - I would bet you already know....Maureen and her brother are the ones that found the medallion at Cherokee a couple years ago.
Maureen, are you enjoying that hot tub?
Heh, my gut feeling is there will be 10-15 parks argued vehemently by various people, that there will be hundreds of false "found medallion" reports, many a tool to help with the digging, and much praying to the medallion/cooler gods...
Congrats Maureen! Soon...Soon...the medallion will be mine!
MedallingKids - I would almost guarantee that!
Hiyall! Baby's finally asleep, and Dad and I are settling in for some clue deciphering and ice cream....
Bock after a short nap... Hay, all!!!
Set your own pace and it could make you an ace
If your grasp of these clues is astute
So get yourself out and into the chase
And you just might win all the loot
Ding ding ding almost time
Birdie where you at man?
Thosemedallingkids is absolutely right....
Hey Green!
I wish, still going to have one some day!
That's the clue?
That's it.
ace? something by a tennis court maybe??
Clue 2: 1/24/2000
Set your own pace and it could make you an ace If your grasp of these clues is astute So get yourself out and into the chase And you just might win all the loot
I also thought of Snoopy.
Hay, Scribe!
Yeah, Allison. That's it. Situation normal: Clear As Mud!
OUT AND INTO THE RACE...a park with a track?
Birdie what ya think man???
An ace is also a fighter pilot or possibly just someone really good at something like treasure hunting. If you set your own pace....Hmmmmmmm
Ace = Camp Snoopy?
I think by tomorrow's clue, we should have this all figured out...right?!?!?!?!
what parks have tracks???
I am here
Camp Snoop?????
Wasn't the ACE bar on univeresity ave by clevland ave that is down cleveland from merriam park???
like tennis courts. cherokee has one, so does phalen, but thats part in maplewood
astute=statue
Afraid Camp Snoopy is outside of St. Paul
Ace = (former) Ace Box Bar which is close to Newell?
newell has tennis courts
This is really a stretch and so I will apologize in advance.
Charles Schultz is a St. Paul Central graduate. There is a park behind Central. Dunning Field. On the school grounds there is a track.
Or Roseville Oval (set your pace?)
what parks have statues?
Is Roseville considered St,Paul?
I think we could go tear up camp snoopy and the mall.. never really liked that place anyways
Usually when they direct you to do something, its quite significant, like "Set your own pace". I'd say focus on that.
Girl, it says, St. Paul in the first clue... Not outside of St. Paul
Roseville is not within the city limits.
What I find to be most helpful...is do instead of reading all the wrong words...is to scratch out all the useless words...
