Matty B\'s is the home of the Cooler Crew. We\'ve got a party going on every evening from 8 until the clue is released. Sunday night, if the hunt goes that long, the bar will be open but food will not be available.
Recent Clues:
Clue #1 Congrats to the finder, to all a reminder
To hunt hard from first to last clues
Medallion I is history. Now a new mystery
Begins -- strap on your hunting shoes
To some its demented, for all unprecedented
But hunters’ thirst must be quenched
Tell sister and brother we’ve hidden another
In a park where a body can be benched
Our 2nd prize? Don’t laugh -- 10-thou cut in half
So get out there even if it’s snowy
And as a special bonus -- some might say an onus --
A meal with our own Clueless Joey
Good hunting to you, let this be the first clue
Think of a woodsy retreat
It won’t be so hard if you channel the bard
You’ll get warm and smell pretty sweet

she's still looking for 'em
My salad is ready for tomorrow.
And though the house isn't fully back into shape from the hunt, there has been progress!
Though I always appreciate a nice dinner out - unless he's doing the cooking.
Brenda best marry someone who cooks - cuz she doesn't much.
And I don't think either of my kids got into Ramen noodles a whole lot - but some.
One of the ladies with Brian's boy scout troop used to make a salad using ramen noodles - but that's about the only time I've had them.
Then again, they put hot sauce on everything. GROSS!
6 months ago:
Now I just heavily slather it on meats and fries... (can't give up everything)
We go through a lot of ramen here too. The kids like it just like it's intended, don't do too much fancy with it, but I do make a good lo mein kind of dish with it.
my camera is fried.
We asked Allison if we could use that spot again next year. Makes for a great place to have a potluck and time to visit with folks without freezing.
Great to see all that could make it. Really missed those that didn't come.
KT - Thanks to you and others that did the door prizes. Don't want to miss anyone so I'll just say thank you!
A special thanks to Mikey and Penny for the badges! Great idea!!
This was the 10th Rehash Bash! From what was a group of about 15 - 20 people in 1998 at Chair-o-key to what was there today, it's amazing.
It's always wonderful to see those that come, but there is always those that you wish were there.
I way like the warm setting though. Very nice.
I ahve been to a few re-hash. Remember the cold Phalen espically well. Liked the Como one, it was warmer.
I will now go through withdrawl.
Thanks
I really hate living up north. Its a great area if you like fishing and hunting (wrong kind tho) and snowmobiling and 4x4s and other outdoor activities, I like the house and the land and there are alot of good people up here, but the job market is almost nonexistant and its too far from everyone/thing I care about.
Anyone want to buy a house & 12 Ac?
It's 2 freaking weeks.
Ok, so it's 2 INTENSE weeks- But You'll be fine.
Yes, we missed you- but we're happy to have seen you!
Thanks Eags!
benefits of working here....
sounds alot like here! Will definately keep posted, and good luck on your progress!
As for Ramen noodles... I haven't liked them nearly as much since they got rid of the hot & spicy flavor.
then I had other family stuff going on...I'm sad I missed it but I'll be there next year!
A BIG BIG thanks to Mucluck, Diggin, Kitch, Kat, Leela, and anyone else who braved hours and hours of cold to be at the front of the PP! You are truly "team-players"!! The conference call (thanks, Bear!) was an awesome and fun idea...it was good that we could mute/unmute ourselves! I'm definitely in favor of doing the conference call again!!!
Most of all, thanks to everyone here for the fun, laughter, conversation, and comraderie again this year...and all through the year! I'm glad to be a part of such a great group of friends!
bash on Sunday. I had to work that day.
There's always next year, though!
I hope to see you all on March 1 at
Fabulous Fern's for the mock hunt!
