The last time it was at Crosby, White Christmas was in clue 2. The song White Christmas is also from the movie Holiday Inn. If they are being straight with the whole reprise thing, this clue is very much like that one. Unless it is a bluff.
Just getting caught up now. I found the movie Holiday Inn. It's at the 29 minute mark the song Happy Holidays is sung. It's a duet between Bing Crosby and Virginia Dale (or Jim Hardy and Lila Dixon as they are called in the movie). Crosby and Dale are more likely the pair than anyone else, but it's hard to count out Astaire, Berlin, Como or a mess of others who have direct connections to that song.

The woods there are f'n HUGE (the entire park is over 700 acres).. I remember this clearly because in 05 I think think I mapped every flippin deer trail and stump. I was shocked how close it actually was from the path and the parking lot. I actually had been digging there towards the end only because I was going over the unpicked areas everyone had missed, but for a few days I was out in no man's land.
I'm going to play devil's advocate here and maybe the word BLUFF in the 1st clue is the red herring and is meant to make us doubt any simple obvious clue explanations. Even by hinting they are going to make it harder (reprise from last year) tends to make us gloss over the obvious and make it more tricky. As much as we like to overthink everything.....KISS method- Occam's razor theory usually works majority of the time.

As someone mentioned earlier, Holiday Inn could be a reference to what it's hidden on or in...not where it's at. Having said that, I think Crosby has good potential as we have lost a lot of snow cover in more exposed parks. All of the woods down there could easily hold a hidden medallion, snow or not.
I get hesitant when they really imply a park so strongly in clue 2, but being that it is Crosby which is one big forest with minimal landmarks, I can see it. I feel like there is a strong possibility of an anagram given they use the word jumble. I like the famous pair being Crosby and Astaire, and I like that it could have something to do with stairs. I do wonder if it could be by a cross (perhaps of trees) near a flight of stairs.
If anyone wants to go there to look, take the trail to the north of the pond that follows along the bluffs, I forget exactly where, but there are a few stairs along that trail. Just keep walking it, you'll find them.

Yes, they can give us the Park now. It's huge.
