If its not a goof, they could be making it very clear, as if the park is on a county line. Bald Eagle's park is actually in Ramsey County, and the northern part is in an other.

I would love it to be in the new dog park of Rice creek regional trail. I would not have to drive. I could just walk

Rainbows are created near waterfalls... from the mist.

You would think the scrambled clue 4 wouldn't include the unscrambled first line of clue 2.

Hamm's falls maybe.

I cant remember where but I read a park recently fixed their pumps for the waterfalls...

Como's pump for the water fall is to close to the surface.. but it is huge..i am sure you see rainbows in the water fall in summer

Up behind the Hamm's Falls, there is a labrynth. Those are used for a variety of activities to clear your mind, to meditate, etc. Some say it can change your luck. Does anyone know what shape it is? I don't remember.

I'm also trying to think if there is or was a rainbow painted on a building or in the kiddy rides area. Maybe over on the playground in the picnic area?

there was a big rainbow mural painted on the old swimming pool building at Como pool; I saw it myself during a hunt past. I believe the building was torn down (?)
