Laura's just as cute in person as she izz on a billboard. But in person the "real" her comes out. She's not as pixie-ish... You know? You can tell there's a brain and character there.
I was standing there and there was this tall, graceful, composed (no pun intended) woman... And I couldn't place her face, but knew I knew her. Thought I'd just seen her at the Fair or around Mom Press when I've been there. No biggie.
I DIED when I found out it was Laura Billings!!! I've always so enjoyed her writing! I did the usual... Reached out and touched her! LOL!!! I was so glad she got the job o'doing the article.
And, she.... ah... Well... She took her license and changed my words just a titch...
You know I NEVER use "geez"!!! ROFLOLPMP!!!
We will forgive Laura. She was just keeping Mom Press a family oriented paper! :D
Wuz yust gonna ask (actually DEMAND) that you Bee there.
Not that I can think of. I'm gonna bring chicken wings and my chile cheez dip and mayBee some Hungarian Gulyas... All stuff I never had the opportunity to make for The Cooler Crew Mobile.

Parade hours: 6 to 7:00 p.m.
Parade route: 7th and Cedar, south to Fourth and Cedar Street.
After the parade: Fireworks start at 7:30 p.m. in Kellogg Park, and Landmark Center will host Family Night activities until 9:00 p.m.
Those of you with toddlers and small ones, you are welcome to include them. HOWEVER... Please NOTE there will be no seating area on the float for widdo ones this year. And I don't know if there will be warm up trucks - like Greg's (Caro's husband) - like in 1999.
Violent... I'm a bit put off by your name... And some o'the antics you've pulled here. I've some concerns... No one should be excluded, but trouble makers and mean, petty, viscious folks definately are NOT wanted. You think you can behave?
The Cooler Crew will not be on a float. We're walking.
You guys know anything about Union Station? Isn't there like a big open room when you first walk in? I'm wondering if that might not be a good place to film inside...
the union depot downtown stp. 4th and, um, wacouta i think. i know it was once a train station, green (as if there's anyone here that doesn't) and was once the home to mediaone's cable tv center. i don't know about interior space, but the parking in the area sucks.

still workin on that one, green.
although scribe thinks i should be bringing a towel, a bottle of rubbing alcohol, and a rubber chicken :)
Sup yall... Hey, whats up with that Parade info? Are you gonna be in it er somethin?
Ares, I don't think she meant for you to bring that for your dish to pass at The Re-Hash Bash...
J, yup! YEWBETCHA!
Ares... Here's an idea...
Get some CHICKEN SALAD to bring! LOL!!!
nevermind, green, she wanted me to bring that to my initiation ceremony at mcg's last nite :)
lol green.
with rubbing alcohol dressing :)
Green - cool...is everyone from the crew gonna be up in that thing, cause if ya'll need some clowns....I might know where a couple hang out.
I saw you in the Paper Green- or should I say Ms.Everts??
Leah, green. Just green.
Period.
Violent... I'm a bit put off by your name... And some o'the antics you've pulled here. I've some concerns... No one should be excluded, but trouble makers and mean, petty, viscious folks definately are NOT wanted. You think you can behave?
The Cooler Crew will not be on a float. We're walking.
Ares, oil and vinegar should work!
you missed the conversation about the initiation ceremony into the crew, didn't you green? :)
Nope! Not moi! *I* slog (said very smuggly...)
Chicken salad = rubber chicken; Oil & vinegar = the closest you're gonna come to alchol! :D
Ter's trying to think o'some "bridging" thinghy. Last year she brought "pierced" stuff: meat and cheez thinghys on toothpicks!
some of us here have problems with pointy wooden things :) gotta stay away from ter.
LOL, Ares (I hear ya !)
of course, we have equally as many problems with intiiation ceremonits involving rubber chickens and rubbing alcohol, too :)
Ian, you still here? Ter?
You guys know anything about Union Station? Isn't there like a big open room when you first walk in? I'm wondering if that might not be a good place to film inside...
