there like a movie for me...is that weird?!

no, thats why everyone likes RPG's, they have a plotline and you get to interact with it.  I don't have the patience to play them myself.

as far as getting the PS2, I bet that gift is going to end up being for Daddy too!

It's Friday and I got Cub Scout trainging tomorrow.

At first, I thought your typo said "strangling"..... i was sitting here, laughing my ass off for like five mins, trying to figure out why you want to strangle some cub scouts.

LOL

Training!

Get a dozen 8-10 year old boys together, you'll understand why you'd want to strangle them.

I enjoyed seeing him this year. I haven't seen him this much in a couple years.

I actually tried saying hi to him at the last movie showing I went to, but he was gabbing with some people. I don't think he even noticed me.

LOL Sorry THX...... If I had to guess it was two of my college professors I was talking to. Yes, they drove all the way from St. Cloud just to see the movie! You'd be amazed as to how much my teachers like me!

I told Jake, it was good to see him in the woodline.

It was a good rush walking up on him and CM breaking into that bag of frozen stink.

I was nice to see him and Mappy in the park that one day.

It was always good to find true hunters in the park.

You just knew that 3M, or Jake or the Camo Crue (and everyone else) were out there. That helped when you found yourself questioning your take on the clues.

I dug with some many diffrent people this year I can't keep track of the names.

Thats right! You were there! My mind musta been fuzzy from the scnapps the night before. All the days and nights run together now... Hard to keep straight what day was what and what night was the same day, when your out there that much.

That was the night you and me2 were kind enough to show me some of the ideas you came up with. Then we found Jake and CM then we went on that little tour of the "Once Blue Pond".

Then it was clue time.... and digging :( by the magical tree!!!!!!

    I ow
e everyone here an apology. There were a lot of things that I said that I probably shouldn't have. It was stupid and rather immature on my part.

Throughtout this year many people have expressed how they feel abut the crew. I guess I should change the way that I personally feel about such a wonderful group of people . I guess I should really use the term "family" loosely. When refferring or talking about the crew I guess I just used the first word that came to mind. I think the thing I love the most about you guys is the commeraderie. That's a better word.. because as a group we always pull together and amazing things happen!!!! Look at Zephy!!! As a team we all put in an effort to make him and his family feel more at home. During the carnival it wasn't about anyone taking credit for anything or even competeing.

I guess the point that I'm trying ot make is why let some little minor isses get in the way? We all love the hunt, we're all adults, and caring people. Noone says we have to agree on anything, but by not taking the time to work out our differences, defeats the whole purpose and image that we're trying to portray.

I try to get along w/everyone, I don't hate anyone. I may not always agree w/everything but that doesn't mean that I'm going to leave the group because of it. These issues can be resolved, and they should be.

All things aside, I really enjoyed being part of history in the making. We all have one strong common bond no matter what we disagree on...adn it's a lil' round hockey puck lookin thing they bury (sometimes) in snow, ice, old diapers, ect. I also promise that this will be the last and only thing I'll say reguarding the ongoing issues. Thank you.

I have been trying to stay out of all the back and forth - However I'd like to add my $.02

I was just reading on the *super secret thread* that we haven't heard from Zephy in 2 days...

Imagine if something were to really happen to him - all this who gets credit for what - would be a non issue - everyone would be feel pretty small for wanting a little bit of credit here or credit there for whatever their part was in it. The bottom line would have been making his last time as special as it could have possibly been. Right?

(and maybe it is easier for me to say - since I didn't have a part in any of it) something magnificant happened.  Something truely wonderful was done for a family.  And yes, it is nice to be patted on the back once in awhile for a job well done - but isn't the feeling inside knowing that YOU made a difference to even ONE person worth so much more?

It was a good rush walking up on him and CM breaking into that bag of frozen stink.

Every hunt I seem to have one of those 'HOLY CRAP!' experiences.  That rush we all felt trying to bust into that lunch bag of solid ice helps keep me coming back for more every year.  I just love finding that kind of stuff out there in the middle of nowhere.  1/2 buried even.

We had that bug huh Jake?  I couldn't chop fast enough.  I broke the handle of my rake trying to bust open the side of the bag.  Damn! And 3M & Me2 were there for that one too. Just like the big tree on clue 3. I can tell you have the bug too OTiS by the way you're talking about taking off 2 weeks next year and how you'll keep digging until it's found. Jake and I along with some others had it all planned out to sleep over the night it was found. I'm sure you'll be right with us next year too. Bring something sexy to wear. It's a tradition ya know ;-)

And always remember this simple phrase:
"Ya can't do any diggin on-line"

"As I was walking down the street, down the street, down the street

A pretty gal I chanced to meet and we danced by the light of the moon

Buffalo gals won't you come out tonight, come out tonight, come out tonight

Buffalo gals won't you come out tonight and we'll dance by the light of the moon

I danced with a dolly with a hole in her stocking and her knees was a-knockin'

and her shoes was a-rockin'

I danced with a dolly with a hole in her stockin' and we danced by the light of the moon"

Well, listen everybody,

to what I got to say.

There's hope for tomorrow,

Ooh,we're workin'on today.

Buffalo

Well,it happened long time ago,

in the new magic land.

The Indian and the buffalo,

they existed hand in hand....

Buffalo

The Indian needed food,

he needed skins for a roof.

But he only took what they needed, baby.

Millions of buffalo were the proof.

Yeah,its all right.

Buffalo

But then came the white man,

with his thick and empty head.

He couldnt see past the billfold,

he wanted all the buffalo dead.

It was sad...It was sad.

Oh yeah...yes indeed.

Buffalo

Oh yes,

it happened a long time ago, baby.

In the new magic land.

See,the Indian and the buffalo,

they existed hand in hand.

Buffalo

The Indians,they needed some food,

and some skins for a roof.

They only took what they needed, baby.

millions of buffalo were the proof, yeah.

Buffalo

But then came the white dogs,

with their thick and empty heads.

They couldnt see past the billfold.

they wanted all the buffalo dead.

Everything was SO sad.

Buffalo

When I looked above the canyon wall,

some strong eyes did I see.

I think its somebody comin' around

to save my ass,baby.

I think...I think he's comin' around

to save you and me.

Buffalo

Boys......

I said, above the canyon wall...

strong eyes did glow.

It was the leader of the land, baby.

OH MY GOD,

The GREAT WHITE BUFFALO.....

LOOK OUT!!!! LOOK OUT!!!!!!!

Buffalo (Had enough of em yet??)

Well,he got the battered herd.

He led em cross the land.

With the Great White Buffalo,

they gonna make a final stand.

Buffalo !!

The Great White Buffalo,

comin'around to make a final stand.

Well,look out here he comes.

The great white buffalo,baby.

The Great White Buffalo....

Buffalo !!!!

Look out,here he comes.

He's doin'all right.

Makin'everything all right.

Yeah,yeah,yeah.....
